"The property is very beautiful. Garden area, pool & beach are lovely. The room was spacious. The gaps in doorways and open concept of bathroom did allow critters in. We had a frog in our bathroom. A lizard in our bedroom and many mosquitoes kept getting in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. ..."

"Great hotel, amazing pools, very capable staff. Alcohol was very expensive, used vendors on cosy beach, would have much rather had drinks round the pool. Alot of people on seminar crazy crowded breakfast. Def stay again."

Going downhill but reasonable value for money

"I have stayed at this hotel many times before but not in the last 18 months. Some things have changed. The major change is the amount of construction around the hotel has quadrupled. Construction noise is bearable and takes place between 09.00 to 17.00. The rooms are starting to look a little older. ..."

"Second time staying here and can’t fault it at all. Great location, staff are very polite and helpful. The pool and rooftop bar areas have recently gone a refurb. Very nice luxury feel now compared to what it was last year. Great DJ with a nice summer vibe at the very top pool. The rooms feel a like they have been refreshed from last year. They’ve always been clean and decent but it just felt brighter and a bit more modern which is great. Close to the beach, malls, markets and local attractions. "
