"Nice location about 10 mins outside Tremezzo. I would recommend having a car, they do have parking. Room was very nice, clean and updated. Customer service was outstanding. Restaurant was good though they offer a smaller menu for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was great with many options including eggs/omelettes. You can lsy at the pool while taking in wonderful views of Lake Como. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Lake Como! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and had breathtaking views of the lake. The pictures truly don’t do it justice.What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the host. Lino was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, provided fantastic local recommendations, made reservations for us, and even helped us with transportation arrangements. It felt like staying with a friend who genuinely cared about making our trip special.We can’t wait to come back to Lake Como, and we would absolutely stay here again. We are a tall family so in certain areas we bumped our head forgetting it was low but we made the best of it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and welcoming place to stay! "Lovely little property in Lenno, excellent directions, clean apartment with comfortable bed. On the Greenway trail (walking path to ther towns). Very close to Lake Como, with boat stop in Lenno (limited service), much more options for ferries/water taxi just north in Cadenabbia. Only downside is you really need a car to get around (which we had); onsite parking is provided."

"Situated in a beautiful town on Lake Como around 10-15mins by car to Bellagio. The property is immaculately clean and very well equipped and the view is just amasing (looking at famous villas on the other side of the lake). The host Daniel was simply brilliant! He gave us lots of advice and local knowledge with information on where to park, places to eat and the local amenities (videos, pins on whatsapp so really easy). Nothing was too much trouble and also let us check in early and out late with 2 small children (and provided some toys for them too). Cot provided at no extra cost and this made it a perfect stay. All I can say is we will be back at some point! Hosts and Location like this are rare 10/10 for everything! "
