"Really impressed with the property. Rosa from the property management company contacted me saying the property was being refurbished and the photos on the website had not been updated. On arrival we were wow’ed. Everything in the lounge/kitchen/bedrooms and bathrooms brand new and to a high standard. Bedrooms well furnished and both bathrooms refurbished . This apartment has everything- every appliance and kitchen utensil was available. The terrace was great with mixture of seating/loungers/chairs. BBQ was great. We stayed late May and had sun on the terrace from early morning to well after 6pm. Parking was great and garage easily accessed. Overall very well maintained property and complex. Public areas clean and very secure. Rosa from the management company was great and met us at the apartment to give us the tour. All great This apartment is a credit to it’s owner. "

"This is a great apartment. The photos accurately represent the property. What cannot be relayed in a description is the view (spectacular) and the location(close to shopping, walking along the Mediterranean Sea). The host provides good instructions for arrival, entry, and daily operation of utilities and appliances. We were answered promptly and to our satisfaction on the rare occasions we contacted the host with questions or concerns. I was rehabbing a knee when we arrived so I caution anyone with physical limitations to be ready for many stairs between the property entrance at the street and the bedrooms on the lower level. "

"We stayed at this apartment for 15 nights part October/November 2024. Very good location walking distance to two supermarkets and the traffic free seafront. Two spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom, small shower room. Located on the 4th floor, views over the town with sea in the distance. The TV set up is possibly one of the best and easiest to use we have come across for UK channels. Parking in Estepona is a real problem but the inclusion of an underground carpark and the lift a great bonus. If driving is no problem getting around the town is fairly easy once the road layout is fathomed. However, no vehicles are allowed on or near the seafront but there are 2 underground carparks under the seafront. Charges are very reasonable. In addition, there is another underground carpark close to the Orchid house. A little disappointing as few orchids were in flower but does have an impressive 3 tier waterfall. It should be noted that there is some traffic noise. Not too intrusive as due to the appalling weather all the windows etc. were closed but in summer......We found the shower temperature difficult to control. Either scalding or freezing cold. No in-between. In both the bathroom and the shower room there is nowhere to put anything except the floor or around the edge of the bath. Due to our unavoidable arrival times, we were charged 30Euros cash extra on arrival. This charge should be made clear at the time of booking and not after the completed booking."
