"The staff and the facility were great. My only complaint is the lack of security around the splash/pool area. Unlike other Aloft hotels I've stayed at, access to the pool area did not appear to require a hotel key card, making it easy for non-hotel guests to enter. Also, the fact there were no security cameras in the pool area. During our stay, there were individuals using the pool area who were not hotel guests, and unfortunately my daughter's phone was stolen. I would recommend implementing key card access to help improve security and ensure the area is reserved for registered guests. Otherwise, housekeeping and the room was awesome!"
