We brought our son and his girlfriend to see the Smokies, so we had two rooms. It seems like a brand new hotel, so everything looked clean and new. They were able to get us on the same floor, which made it easier to share a luggage cart. The room was nice, the bed, comfortable. We went to breakfast at 9 am and it was served from 6:30 to 9:30 am, so it was crowded, but the flow to get food was good and there was enough seating. Very clean check in and check out were easy

Breakfast items were out of stock or not replenished timely. The first night we checked in the little vending/convenience store was nearly empty. Bananas only available one breakfast, cold brew ran out, egg omelets ran out. Ordering and food delivery did not match the number of guests in the hotel at all. With a big event going on at the Le Conte center I expected better planning given the cost of the stay

What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our visit even more comfortable. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely book again for our next trip! The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of seating available in the lobby to enjoy it comfortably. The location is also a major plus, conveniently situated near US-321, directly across from The Island in Pigeon Forge, and just a short drive to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was just ok comfortable wise. We had a great view. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, nothing great. The hotel was very clean inside and out. We were at the pool every day. On the day before we left, I was injured while at the pool. A wind gust caught the umbrella and it came out of the table and turned sideways and luckily it was stopped by the light pole. It did hit my hand but certainly could’ve been worse. I have yet to hear from management about the incident. I would love to book another stay here. There was another thing that was a concern. They only have 4 luggage carts for the entire hotel. Myself and 3 others waited in the lobby for one of the carts to return, we all left without one. Please get more luggage carts!!!

The facility is new and clean. The breakfast was good and varied each day while we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. A major complaint we have with the hotel is there is no covered area to unload your luggage when arriving at or departing from the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and everything we had with us got soaked. A very poor design for a hotel in our opinion. For this reason alone, I would probably pick another property in the future. For a new hotel, there were some finishing touches to construction that were not complete. For example, there were obvious gaps between our sink and the wall. I'm assuming they will not be finished, but cannot comment as to whether or not that is the case. A final complaint is the safety latch on our door would not work. It was as if it was welded shut. No, we do not depend on it entirely for safety, but others may. We notified hotel staff upon our departure. If you are looking for a basic, clean place to stay, We would recommend.

Lovely property, right across the street from The Island (with views of the wheel and all the holiday lights) and easy access to the parkway with lots of dining and entertainment options. Love having a kitchen in the room, and the included breakfast was fantastic with enough options to satisfy anyone. I would definitely stay again when in the area!

The room was amazingly quiet. We didn't hear guest in the adjacent rooms. The front desk staff is very friendly. The only negative was the bathroom floor was dirty. Clearly the cleaning staff doesn't mop the bathroom floor between each guest.
