1st room was ok. Then elevators broke and we could not walk up 4 flights of stairs ao we asked for a new room. Finally got moved to 1st floor but had to have my son cpme from a different hotel and move our things for us. Took him 3 trips. He was not happy. 2nd room was aqful andonly had a bed a 1 hard chair. Will never stay there again. When askes for a discout they wouldn't even consider it.

Breakfast was fresh and good I have to say, the only thing we missed on the breakfast was the bacon . But again what we had in choice was very good and what we appreciated most of all was how clean everything was. The rooms were very nice and each day we were there our room was refreshed and clean towels . This was our 2nd stay here and we plan to keep using this hotel.

Found a bed bug told staff and they switched us rooms the hallways lacked a vacuum the staff acted some type of way because the fire pit only stayed on for 50 mins and they had to turn it on several times only one elevator worked they don't clean behind beds at all pubic hairs all under neath mattress I could go on and on

Upon entering the room you were greeted with a huge window that was very dirty not at all cleaned. The floor was covered in stains along with the bench, there were crumbs on the bed. When looking around I came across bugs in the room. After finding and taking pictures! I went down to the front desk to inform/show them. Nothing was offered or done about the situation, was told I needed to contact hotels.com and pretty much had to leave and find another hotel. I had that room for 2 nights on November 7-9 and still haven’t received a call or a refund about this whole situation. This hotel does not hold themselves to any standards. The management of the hotel is poorly ran and is just sad. Would take your money elsewhere.
