Fall Break

The property is nicely located very near Pigeon Forge Parkway. The property was clean and orderly. We found everything as described in the property details. we did see some things that could use some attention. The inside area rugs need to be cleaned, the rope lights on the two porches have many of the bulbs that are defective and need replaced, and the master bedroom paddle fan is defective, and needs replaced. All these items are normal wear and tear and didn't interfer with our stay. we definitely would stay at this property again.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much that we contacted the owner to see if we could extend our stay! Property is very clean. The layout was comfortable. The Property is easy to get to from the parkway and is not far off the parkway. The owner is ready to work with and respond quickly from the time of booking until checkout.

Neat location and indoor pool!

I loved that this was so close to everything yet still off the beaten path! The house was great and we got some much needed family time. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to relax and have things to do for kids within the house. If you don't want to leave you don't have to! Thanks for the awesome week!

Great Family Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was a great hit with the kids, in fact it became a chore to connivence them to select other activities. The location was very close to the Pigeon Forge strip, and the host was very responsive, as was the maintenance person, when called on. Our issues were minor. 1. Bed box springs would not stay on frame. 2. Some kitchen pans and can opener need replaced. 3. LVT floor needs some attention, repair in some areas (rugs were placed over these areas). 4. Pool pump was noisy at times. However issues mentioned to host were addressed same day! Cabin gets a 5 star for Family Fun and Location - however some minor items need addressed before 5 stars for cabin is given.

Pigeon Forge getaway

We had an excellent stay, communication was excellent and there were no surprises. Property was clean and well equipped and the kids loved the pool and gaming The cabin is centrally located and worked great for our daily trips. Will definitely look for this cabin again in the future!

Quiet, clean and relaxing cabin

Loved this cabin. Host was very courteous and quick to respond anytime we messaged. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and kept them busy the whole time we were there. Very quiet area and even though you are close to the parkway you still feel secluded in this little section. Very clean and pool was amazing. Had plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. We will def be back.

First VRBO rental

This was my first time renting on VRBO and first time in Pigeon Forge. It was two families with four boys between us. All 4 boys stayed on the the lowest level. They had access to their own sofa, their own counter, an arcade game and their own bathroom. The pool area is also on this floor with a half door separating it from the living area. We were able to sit by the electric fireplace outside with the door to the pool open to watch them swim. The beach towels waiting on the chairs were such a convenience. The second floor had a kitchen, the master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a washer dryer set. The upstairs had additional games that the kids loved, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. The kids couldn’t figure out the air hockey game but they loved the other two. This place was clean and super close to the parkway. It was very easy to come back and catch a nap before going out again. I would definitely recommend it.

It was all good until…

The layout was good and conducive to a “big” family trip but we had a few issues. There were wasps (wood daubers) in the loft space and windows. There had to be a nest somewhere because we killed a few and more would show up. Pull out couch linens were dirty. And on the last night, I think we heard a mouse in the walls. The owner was very responsive to the issues but there was little way to rectify a pest issue.

Family winter vacation

We had so much fun. Cabin had everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. The pool and arcade games was BIG hit with all of us. It was close to all the attractions that we was going to do Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plan on making another trip soon.

Family Trip

We spent a week here with our kids and their grandmother. The cabin was clean and beautiful. It’s close to everything to do on the parkway or outside pigeon forge. The pool was an extra nice treat. It is well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens/towels. The Wi-Fi was incredible. Jia, the property manager was very responsive and checked in frequently. We had no issues. It is a little hard to find as the road signs are not great and seemed out of order with directions but we got there without much issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Pigeon Forge

Great place to stay for our first visit to Tennessee! Property owner was very communicative before and during our visit. Home was extremely clean upon arrival. Woodsy cabin feel but bright and modern amenities and decor. Close to area attractions but far enough off the touristy parkway to feel quiet and relaxed. Kids loved the indoor pool and gaming options. Would definitely recommend this home!

A must stay!

After the holidays, you need to relax, recharge your batteries and let lose for some family fun! That is just what we did this week. Even though it was pretty packed in Pigeon Forge, lots of tourists and wait times, we were able to relax and feel right at home in our rented cabin. Jia and family welcomed us, made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in throughout our stay. Check in and out process was a breeze, the cabin was beautiful and quite comfy, plenty of room for our family and was a home away from home for a week! I believe the kids favorite part was the pool downstairs. The cabin was exactly the same as pictures listed on website. We would definitely stay again.

nice place ,great set up with the three floors

very hard to find and check in ,new construction roads have no signs,once we got in all good , just dealing with new construction all around the property . very well built. enjoyed family time had glitch with internet but finally got it back up . the owner was very help full and replied as we needed questions answered.
