Super Clean and amazing hospitality

Property is exactly as advertised and is super clean. Very convenient location in Scottsdale. Less than 3 miles to TPC, Desert Ridge, Kieran Commons, and Promenade. Less than 20 minutes to old town. Owner is super hospitable and communicates very well.

Great place close to Mayo Clinic Phoenix

Very nice place close to Mayo as that was the reason we booked. My 2 sisters and I stayed here. The living room is a bit small and there is only a 2 person loveseat and a small not comfortable chair. I would suggest a little bigger couch and some throw blankets. It was a bit uncomfortable when we were all just relaxing at the house as i stated theres only a 2 person couch and a chair. So we had to sit at the table

Enjoyable Scottsdale

The property is in a great location, close to numerous great restaurants and attractions. The layout of the property worked out fantastic for our group, with a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the main floor and two bedrooms with another full bath on the second floor (and another half-bath on the main floor). The owner is wonderful and quite responsive.

This is my 7th time vacationing in Arizona. This property was one of my favorites. Great area with lots to do close by. Pool was close to the unit and I had it all to myself. Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. You will not be disappointed if you choose this location.

Wonderful Christmas Condo
