I understand the bougie vibe attracts a lot of hustlers… but it’s super tacky and quite frankly disrespectful, when as guests of the hotel, we were treated so poorly by security when we tried to access the pool. Such a shame! Otherwise it was a lovely stay! Amazing restaurant, the cart bartender lady is a gem and truly understands the hospitality experience. Bravo to an amazing team all around… except for that one guy by the back entrance to the pool! Ah, the ice cream and champagne surprise at the lobby was incredible!!!

Excellent, quick responsive staff wonderful amenities, beautiful lively neighborhood, especially on the weekends and the pool area was excellent especially if you were looking for something to do as an adult.
