Allow me to start off that this was my first and last stay with the Hilton. I always take a black light with me to ALL hotels I stay in. There was a film on the toilet seat lid, you could see the previous persons finger marks from putting the lid down. Dink wasn’t clean. The only thing clean in that bathroom was the tub and some of the floor.
Thankfully we were only there for one night. In the morning when I checked out the woman that I was working with was rude and refused to answer my question. I clearly misheard the first women on the day of check in that the $50 I was paying was for a “security deposit” when I got my receipt for for valet and the early check-in, I didn’t see said charge and was confused. I asked her what it was and to if she could explain. I was told “is all on that receipt” I said “no it’s not and that’s why I’m so confused” she proceeded to look at me like I was absolutely insane and then repeated herself. $600 for a one night stay at this hotel to for someone to be ignorant and not do their job. The first two times I asked I not rude or ignorant, not until the third time when she literally kept repeating that it was all on the receipt. Never again. I’ll still with the Marriott Bonvoy, better prices, better rooms, better staff, and better price.
