The beds are incredibly comfortable. Although the hotel is nestled in the heart of the city, it is tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet. Nearly everything you need is within walking distance, and it serves as a convenient pickup point for many tours. The airport shuttle service was both affordable and punctual. Beyond the ambiance and location, I must express my deepest gratitude for the concierge team, who are truly what make this hotel extraordinary. They greet you with genuine warmth each day and check in on you as if you were family. The altitude was challenging for us sea‑level visitors, but their compassion and attentiveness were unlike anything I have ever experienced. From providing complimentary oxygen to offering cold towels and even calling after our tours to ensure we were feeling well, their care went far beyond expectations.
