"It’s hard to choose my favourite part of our stay at The Langham Melbourne because everything was wonderful! From the moment we booked and contacted the hotel to arrange a few special things for our daughter, right through to check out, we were so happy with the service.
Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and attentive to all of us, especially our little girl. She felt like she was staying in a princess castle. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay special, and we felt very well looked after the whole time. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I absolutely loved the signature scent. I wish I could have that scent in my own house. Sadly, we did not have time to go back to the hotel store to buy some.
We booked a room with a river view, and it was such a treat waking up and going to bed with that beautiful view. We also loved the pool and hot tub and went every night.
Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of fresh fruit, delicious pastries, and even a chocolate fountain. The pistachio croissant was SO good! The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and the breakfast area had a lovely view too. We were genuinely sad to leave when it was time to check out. Thank you!!"
