Enjoyed our 4th of July once again at Jeff’s unit. Weather did not cooperate for fishing but that’s why it’s called fishing and not catching. Great stay as always!!

Loved spacious balcony, loved updated appliances, loved 3 bathrooms, loved 4 beds in one room for little kids, loved storage room for beach gear, loved parking. Very clean place. 2 comforters were stained on arrival, we washed them, but may need extra cleaning. Wished was little closer to the sand/ beach.

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. You will not regret it. The condo was super clean, beds were very comfortable. The owners were awesome, one of the best experiences on VRBO. You could tell the owners spared no expense and really wanted you to have the best experience possible. Looking forward to our next trip to Mexico Beach!!

Very Nice

Enjoyed our stay here, property was clean and as described. Brought our boat and fished for the week and the downstairs storage was a plus for our fishing tackle. Great property for Family’s and Fisherman!!!

Spotless !!!

Had an amazing time. Everything you need and then some . We had absolutely zero issues, zero complaints . We had everything we needed to cook with . Lots of games and puzzles to enjoy on rainy days . Kids had a blast … food trucks especially “poor boys” and 2 scoops ice cream were delicious. The marina was nice to have and the shell shack next door so convenient. We enjoyed Mango Marleys and the ice machine right across street was great to have . We loved the view of the inlet where the boats were coming in . Overall it’s a wonderful place and absolutely recommend . So many extras , Jeff and Eva definitely put that added home touch to your stay . Much appreciated and we will be back .

Absolutely fabulous!

Such nice touches everywhere! First class all the way! Loved the masssage bed. Top notch cookware and really nice towels. So comfortable. All the furniture was good quality and very comfortable. Close to beach. The covered deck was our go to for morning coffee. Jeff was so easy to work with. Will rent again.

Cleanest condo & fisherman dream

This condo is one of the cleanest condo I have every stayed at. Everything in the condo was dusted and very clean. The condo is beautiful! The views are amazing! And we really enjoyed just sitting around the condo or sitting on the porch . If you are coming down to Mexico beach to fish, this condo is perfect for all fisherman . Private boat slip , fish cleaning station on dock, bait and tackle store beside the condo . It was perfect ! The beach is a easy walk across the street. I can’t say enough good things about this condo. The owner was great to work with. We can’t wait to visit again.

Excellent Property in Mexico Beach

I have nothing bad to say about the property or the owners. It's exquisitely clean, modern and overall a great place to stay. My only hesitation would be the fact there isn't much to choose from as far as dining goes in Mexico Beach. They just haven't built back many restaurants and the food trucks that are local are hit and miss on when they're open. No grocery store in MB except the Dollar General so if you plan to eat in the bring your groceries with you. This is an excellent place for a quiet, disconnected, uber-chill vacation.

Perfect GEM of a condo!

If you are wanting to take a trip with your family or even just yourself It’s the perfect place to stay in Mexico Beach. It has everything u need to feel at home. Just a skip and a hop away from the beach. You can sit on the balcony and see the beach and it’s the perfect place to have your morning coffee and watch the sun rise and in the evening watch the amazing sunset. Your in walking distance to grab pizza, ice cream, seafood, and shop at the little local shops. The condo was plentiful with towels, extra blankets and pillows which is always nice to have. Our kids really enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful location and unit

This is a perfect unit for larger groups, the rooms are a nice size and 3 bathrooms is always a plus. The kitchen and eating areas are comfortable and fully stocked. It was a very enjoyable place to stay for our mini vacation

Oh Mexico Beach!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location was just far enough from the crowds but close enough to shops, restaurants, etc. Jeff was very quick to respond when storms came through and the elevator was not working. You will not be disappointed in this property.
