Will not stay here again

The condo was not clean (bed didn't even have a comforter), very outdated, kitchen wasn't even equipped with common household dishes. The elevators were absolutely awful and would wait 30 minutes for them. They would close the main pool during the day for maintenance making it super inconvenient. Overall I would not stay here again and especially not in this condo.

Tidewater 2023 Vacation

The room was like the pictures. It was very clean so the service does a great job. Yes the elevators are very slow but I can deal with that. I liked the security in the building. I would definitely stay at the Tidewater again. I would gladly stay in 2412 again on one condition and that’s the dryer be replaced by next summer. If not that’s a deal breaker. We do laundry every day so we can’t be having a dryer that doesn’t work. The ocean view was amazing and proximity to pier park was awesome.

Unbelievable views!!

This property and room was awesome. The only complaint we had was the dryer wouldn’t work longer 6 minutes. So in order to dry our clothes we had to hang them out on the balcony, other than that everything was great and we plan coming back next year.

Good place but communication of issues was horrible

Liked the place great view great property but we had a bug issue and tried getting pest control out for days they kept telling us they hadn’t heard anything then one day we came back with a note in our kitchen saying someone came by and sprayed we were never informed someone would be entering our room. Finally the manager contacted us and gave us a partial refund and a gift. Other than that my only complaints are the broken toaster and both umbrellas in the room were broken. Also the room doesn’t come with chair rentals on the beach last time I stayed at tidewater the room came with it

Will never return!

Where do I begin? The check in was horrible. The bag rack on the car can't go in the parking deck so all bags had to be unpacked then left with the kids so we could park and wait in line 30 minutes to check in and get charged a fee to check in since it was at the time of our stay and not 24 hours ahead even though we didn't receive the check in instructions until 30 minutes before. The people were rude. Had to wait another 30 minutes to check out a cart for luggage and since elevators didnt work for parking deck that was an experience all in its own. Finally get to the kids and bags and hour and a half later and learn the elevators in the condos don't work properly so waited another 45 minutes for an elevator that staff had to run and pack so many people on you can't move and nevermind it's still Covid. Finally to the room on the 24th floor. The view is amazing and that's about it. The condo is nasty, lights and things broken, sand in the beds, 2 rolls of toilet paper for a full family for a week. Washer and dryer but no detergent. It's fine, we will make the best of it. Even though it's the most we have ever spent on a place and have stayed in so much nicer. Very disappointed already but wait there's more. You literally have to wait 30 minutes or more if you need to leave your condo because the elevators do not work properly and staff has to run them. So don't forget anything if you need to leave the room. Just plan for a full day out. Which we did. However on the third day the elevators went out completely. Keep in mind we are on the 24th floor! I have health issues. We had to walk the stairs up to the 24th floor with no ventilation. I tell you I thought we were gonna die! Carrying groceries and waters and all the kids crap from the beach day. So yeah great time! We finally get to the room, the kids are give out and I'm pretty sure my husband may have a heart attack. Then to realize there are no clean towels because we have 6 people and 4 are kids and they gave us 3 towels and no detergent. Ugh crap! Then the youngest boy child has to number 2 and you guessed it, no more tp to be found anywhere. Well that's another story. So the next day I can't leave the room because of the elevators not working and no one is answering the phone anywhere and you can't find a staff member for help either. I was sure at that point everyone had quit their job or I was being punked. Well I'm out of letter space but you get the jist. We won't be back.

Great place to stay

The condo is located in a great area, very close to the Pier Par. The description is accurate, the view is amazing and the space is great for holding a party of 6. It is equipped with the basics for a comfortable staying. The place is clean in general, but considering I am very strict with that I would’ve preferred to have available a broom and mop to clean deeper by myself. The parking lot and overall facilities are great and there are a lot of food options around.

Nice but could’ve been cleaner

Property was nice, but coming into sand already on the floors wasn’t pleasant. We had to sweep first thing. Only one couch and no other chairs in living area for a family of four. The views were breath taking and the space was perfect but could’ve been cleaner. Black on hall bathroom door and on the front door wasn’t appealing.

This unit is large and nice but was dirty on arrival. Overall Property was not very clean. Elevators are horrible at this property. Overall our experience was just okay with a five year old and eight year old. Heated pool was gross. Nobody was wearing masks as required and no one was nice that worked at this property.
