The washer did not spin the clothes dry and the light in the master bath blinks but they sent someone to look at them when we called. Offered laundry service for free. Could not fix during our stay. These did not keep it from being a wonderful condo.

Home away from Home

Very comfortable cozy condo! Clean! Neat! Check in and out process was a breeze! Communication was on point before during and after! The location is the best right on the beach and conveniently close to everything! Will definitely be visiting again real soon!

Beautiful Condo Great Views!

We stayed with two adult children. Everyone had their own space. Bedrooms are huge and each one has a door to balcony. Kitchen very well equipped.

Perfect Mini Vacation

Great property to stay at. Condo was nice and clean and just like the pictures. Had a minor hiccup with a parking pass but it was handled in a matter of minutes by RealJoy Vacations. Could not ask for better customer service. Highly recommend staying at this property. Will be back next year!

PCB Family Spring Break

Overall, we had a great stay in this condo: Pros: Parking View (amazing) Easy access to beach and showers to rinse off before heading back to condo Convenience to pool/bar Awesome walk in showers in 2 bedrooms Furnished Balcony Kitchen with all you need to cook for the week 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms TV’s in all rooms Nice washer and dryer Cons: Unit is on 2nd floor so you will hear those hanging at the pool/spa - we had a few loud nights Beds are really soft, so if you like a firm mattress, sleep may not be comfortable Bath towels are small and don’t cover your body if you’re an adult Bedding could use an update The cons would not sway me from staying here again. I truly enjoy Long Beach resort. We have stayed here a few times now and the resort is one of convenience especially for those with kids that will be using the pool/s often and going back and forth from condo and the beach.

Fall Break

I have stayed at Long Beach for years. It’s my favorite place! Parking and check in is easy . Condo was clean and comfortable. Patio needs a good power washing and good sweep between renters. PCB is always beautiful !

Beach Getaway

We were happy with the unit in which we stayed. It easily accommodated our party of 6. There were 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and another room with 2 queen beds. The unit was nicely decorated for a beachy feel. There were several remote controls for the TVs which confused us a little, but we got our TVs working. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items we needed. There was a crock pot, pots and pans, and all the utensils we needed. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Condo was really nice!

Very clean, great location. One of the air units wasn't working when we got there. The maintenance personnel was great. The guy came at 1:30 in the morning to check the unit, and the repair guy was there the next morning to fix the issue, and we had no problems after that. Overall was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very good, we did have a little trouble getting a door code.

Also the thermostat must be controlled by the owner or someone from there phone, it worked but we had set the temp several times a day.

Great location with great view

Great location! The condo itself was ok! The balcony’s could use a really good cleaning as well as updated patio furniture! The only negative was at check in when the gentleman cleaning the unit was still there at arrival! We couldn’t settle in til almost 5:00! Overall it was a good place to stay convenient to stores and restaurants!

Long Beach vacation June 2022

We had a great stay at our vacation at Long Beach Resort. Our unit was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in.. Lots of room and seats for all. Even the floors were clean - the condo had a little bit of everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Being on the 2nd floor, sometimes the people in the pool below could be loud at bedtime in the room next to it. Other than that it was great, you were only on the 2nd floor and could take the stairs and avoid the elevators if needed too

GOOD-THE DETAILS MATTER

First and foremost, the place was comfortable with outstanding views. And the management was very good. The gentleman arrived 15 minutes after I called to repair a cabinet piece that fell off. The only negatives were: The counter ice maker was dirty and we didn’t use it. There were some handles missing off the furniture. One of the arm chairs in the Living area has one arm rest broken. The sliding door was extremely difficult to open. The front door and both balcony doors need painting. Overall, I give the unit 4.5 stars.
