Everything was as pictured. Very clean. All questions I had prior to the stay were answered promptly. I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the elevators at the condo, and while I agree they are slow, I never waited more than 10 minutes. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

The views are spectacular and everything about the condo was perfect. Everything about the property was exactly as described and we had zero issues while there. My husband was especially pleased with the cooler that was provided to take drinks to the beach. Sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play each day was one of the highlights of the trip! Thank you for a great say!

The condo is just as pictured. We loved that the kitchen actually had a small pantry for our groceries when so many do not. The condo also has a small coffee station with both a Kurig machine and a Mr Coffee drip machine.Four Star was wonderful to work with too. They provide an easy rental process and appreciated them checking on us during our stay to make sure everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this condo.

The tidewater was nice but you pay extra for everything. The parking garage gates worked sometimes and not other times. The bars close and the chairs are pack up at 5.But it was nice, clean and we had a good time. We just walked everywhere

Tidewater Resort

This is the fourth time we’ve visited and stayed at Tidewater Resort. We love staying at Tidewater! The location is great, the chair service is amazing and they keep the resort so clean! Everyone is very helpful as well. People complain about the elevators but bottom line is any large resort you’re gonna have some wait time. We stay low enough to take the stairs if need be. We stayed on the 7th floor this year and it was perfect! See ya next year Tidewater!

Beautiful condo!

The condo us updated, clean and beautifully decorated. Very spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The king bed slept amazing!!!! Kitchen and everything we needed. The bunk beds were true twins and LOVED having a washer and dryer. The down side is the amount of people to elevators. Checking in took forever and waiting for the elevators had us yaking the stairs more than we liked.

Worth the Price!

The condo is in a great location and had beautiful views. Checking in was very easy. The amenities at Tidewater were clean and updated. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are offered to check in early please do so ahead of time. We asked to check-in early on the day of arrival and we were told we could not. I assume the door code was already programmed for a certain time. This is my only complaint but it was our fault. P.S. Hunts Oyster Bar is the BEST

Condo and Beach is beautiful but….

Starting on a positive note, the condo and beach were excellent. The apartment was clean, and Tidewater offered resort guests free lounge chairs and umbrellas (first come, first served). However, there were significant issues with the elevators and security. The elevators were an absolute nightmare. Between 3-7 PM each day, security disables the call buttons and stations guards on the elevators to transport guests from the ground and second floors, leaving everyone else stranded. If you enjoy walking up and down stairs, you’re in luck. I recommend getting a condo on the second floor or lower. On two occasions, I heard an elevator attendant joke about or request tips for quicker service, and someone took them up on the offer. The security experience was also problematic. Upon arrival, I pulled up to the doors and walked to the second floor to retrieve my packet. A security guard demanded I return to my vehicle and go to the parking garage before retrieving my packet. Once in the garage, I provided my ID to check out a luggage cart. When I walked into the registration area with the cart, I was accused of stealing it and violating policies. Despite informing the gentleman twice that I had handed over my ID, they didn’t believe me until I pointed out its specific slot. Security stopped me several more times to ask for my room number. In closing, the condo itself was great. However, the property management has significant concerns.

Absolutely Beautiful

My husband and I stayed the week of July 4th. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and very clean! Not one issue the whole week. Yes, the elevators were not the quickest but we could and did use the stairs. Bed was amazingly comfortable, everything was perfect!!!!

Perfect

This condo was spotless and perfect. The doors across the front of the living area and bedroom are like having the perfect suite on a luxury cruise ship. The bed is comfortable. The big screen tv’s are wonderful. The resort is very nice. It was just me and my husband. The bunk room would be perfect for two kids. There are two full size bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The beach chairs were very nice. They were set up and ready for us daily. All of that area down the beach where we were appeared to be gated. There was security on our property. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Long waits

Everything was great but the very long wait time for the elevators. I mean we talking about 20 to 30 minutes. Just horrible on that! Oh, and the toilet was not working when we got there. Had to get them to fit it!!
