The condo was okay; however, the water never really got hot in the shower, even after inspection. The air could not be set lower than 68 degrees! Oh, did I mention part of the ceiling fell on the bed? The manager was nice, but who ever the owner is should fix these issues promptly!

Great PCB vacation spot, on site amenities are so convienient. Close to it all but, almost no need to leave the property.

Overall great

The unit and the location were great. Perfect for just me and my husband. Very nice to have beach chairs included. Only complaint was the floors had not been mopped in some time. Had to keep shoes on inside.

Good little condo- great property management- sub par location.

We came here for a softball tournament. The condo had the bare minimum but was newly remodeled and worked for what we needed it to. Paula, the property manager was great to help us out when we struggled with check-in. She was very helpful and was very kind to answer questions. The location was not ideal. There is a Gentlemen's Club across the street and I was not sure I wanted my children looking at the photos that came with. The neighbor condo smelled of marijuana, and that would come over into our porch during the evening. That is something that the condo can’t control but it did affect the stay. The condo itself was good, but the surrounding areas were older. Elevators are slow and sometimes get jammed.

Great place and Host !

Paula is by far the best host I’ve ever had. She was more than accommodating! We had one small issue with the bathtub but she immediately sent someone to fix it. They came back later just to make sure we were set. This was our second stay at the Summit. The view was perfect. My little one LOVED the pool. Thank you so much!

Room was clean and convenient to all food and entertainment. All amenities were as stated except the work out area machines were “out of order”. There is not a full length mirror in the whole place though. Other than that the stay was great. Had not been to Panama City Beach in quite a while. This was during Thunder Beach. Even the bikers were nice. I would recommend the Summit and PCB.

Relaxing Vacation

Lack of communication

The condo itself was okay, there are some things I would add that would make it better. Two hooks for towels total only in half bath. The door to the full bath is so loud and difficult to open/shut. The light for full bath turns on by the sink and is the same for the bathroom making it bright in the middle of the night. Wish there were separate lights. Lack of communication was my issue. I had to reach out to make sure we were still on the week of our vacation as I had heard nothing. Was told to text or call and let them know if I wanted to use the same credit card, which I did and got no response. Still worried I called, was told they were not by their computer and would call me back. Three days later still nothing. Finally took payment three days prior to arrival. Could not figure the TV out, Roku, which we are not familiar with. Sent a text asking about it and no response. On Easter the drain backed up. Back to back showers, dirty water to our shins. I texted Easter, no response, I get it holiday. Called on Monday and was told they put in a ticket never letting us know. Tuesday nothing I called again, no answer and no return call. I finally had to call VRBO to address it on a three way call. Was told it should have been fixed, agree but she never called to follow up. Sent two text messages asking what we needed to do for check out, again no response. We normally get an email letting us know our responsibilities.

Paula was wonderful…

We had a few questions and needs while we were here and Paula and her assistant were so helpful and attentive! The views were spectacular and the property clean and easy to monitor three 14 year olds and allow them a little freedom! Bikini Bobs is right adjacent to the property! We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely come back!

Fall Break

The condo was as listed. Paula was so easy to work with and we were even able to get an early check in! The updates to the property were very nice (the elevators were so much faster than years past). We enjoyed our stay very much!

great condo!

The pool, deck area, and restrooms were neatly kept and overall very clean. The pool area was gated with security guards and felt very safe and secure. There was also a gate to get into the parking lot with a guard at all times! We had a great view of the ocean and pool! The elevators were slower around times that guests were checking in but nothing unbearable. There are 2 elevators in the middle of the building and then one on each side which made the lines shorter! Everyone we encountered on this property were friendly and seemed to take their jobs seriously. The condo unit itself worked well for us. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and even had a blender! It was also nice that there was a washer and dryer included in our condo! The unit was nicely decorated with a beach vibe! Bathrooms were small but manageable, master was especially narrow so would have been hard to accommodate any kind of assistive devices but worked just fine for us. The guest bathroom is a little wider and would be easier for someone who had assistive devices to use, however, shower is in the master! Bunk beds were cute and would be perfect for littles. I slept comfortably on the pullout couch for the week. At the beginning of our stay the condo was not busy at all, but towards the end of our week it got pretty crowded. However the pool is large enough that the crowding was nothing to be bothered by! Overall, this is a nice condo building and unit with great amenities!

A great little getaway!

This unit is fabulous! The location was perfect. The building itself is older and the elevators had long waits at times, but it wasn’t anything unmanageable. Would stay again!
