There were 8 different times someone from maintenance had to come to address various issues. Some of the time the property manager didn’t even tell us. This was a huge breach in security and privacy for us. It seems the house did not go through maintenance checks prior to our arrival and it was very disruptive. Our first night we had to sleep with no AC and most of the trip the ice maker was broken. The second to last night the outside sink was spewing water like crazy. The host never took accountability and or made it right. The property manager didn’t really accept responsibility or own the issues and just dodged blame completely. In previous rentals when things go this wrong we’ve gotten a partial refund even if it’s just slight, it’s a gesture.Also, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom instead of providing enough for the stay was just bad hospitality. I’ve never stayed at a rental so stingy with toilet paper. Will not be staying at a property managed by this company again.
