Wonderful view!!!

Our stay in 2612 was wonderful. Perfect for our family. Close to everything we wanted, easy beach access, great views. And nice unit. The elevator wait time was the only negative and ours wasn’t as bad as some of the others we spoke with! Will still stay again.

Great Place To Relax

Facilities were great, staff was friendly, close to Pier Park and restaurants. Owner was responsive to all messages and gave detailed instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

Disappointed

The reviews about the elevators are not exaggerating, you will wait 30 minutes for an elevator at times. We were required to wear arm bands "for security" that were supposed to unlock the doors around the property. They were not working but we were still required to wear them. Now we have nice tan lines. The window shades in the the main bed room and living room were broken. So no "ocean view" from the master. The living room tv was broken. There is not tv at all in the second bedroom. The tv in the main bed room is roku. No cable channels. The only guide for trouble shooting stated "all cable systems are different. Try turning it on and off again" There are only enough spoons for one meal. even less forks. pots with no handles, etc. We contacted the listing agent through the VRBO app the first night about the broken tv and sun shades. The issue was not addressed before we left. This unit is updated and was clean. However, you are left with a list of check out instructs to do your self and and are still charged a cleaning fee. Staff at the beach service were not welcoming.

Extremely dirty - could not stay

Urine stains and hair. Grime and sand on floors. Small curly hairs in bathrooms. VRBO property manager would not send anyone to clean or refund us. We actually had to leave because cleaning the condo myself was too gross for me.

Won’t stay here again.

We enjoyed the location in proximity to main attractions. However, the room was dirty, there was hair in the showers. I am certain that the main bedroom mattress was only a box spring as it felt like sleeping on a concrete floor. There was no give in the mattress. The childrens twin bunk mattress was far more comfortable l. The air conditioner would not go below 73 the whole time. The elevators were a joke. At minimum a 20 min wait sometimes 40 min wait to get on one. Parking was a joke with limited spaces. The pools were overcrowded. Renting a chair on the beach is $60 per day which is insane and you have to walk half a mile to be able to put yours up. Will never stay here again.

Great location,awesome condo

The condo was wonderful!! Amazing view,very family friendly. The only down fall was the check in process and the staff at Tidewater. NO communication as to how the wrist bands work for getting around the building and how to get into the parking ramp!! When I asked for help they said everything was in the envelope they handed me. There was NOTHING in there.

Everything from booking to checking out was great.

Booking was great. We had no problems at all. The rental was very beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Only request is probably equipping the kitchen a bit more and putting window shades or something up in bedroom. Other than that, everything was great.

Perfect Home Away From Home For Our Family

Check-in process was unexpectedly easy and quick. Everything in the condo was clean. Kids loved the bunk beds. Brought our own pillows but the ones provided were more comfortable. View is indescribably beautiful. Would love to stay here again. Only minor complaints - there was no remote for one of the televisions, and the listing was confusing regarding the ability to use streaming services, as well as whether or not chair and umbrella service was included. No streaming capabilities, but we brought our own Roku. Chair and umbrella service was not included, but folding chairs and a small umbrella was provided for our use.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful condo with incredible views. My only complaints were the elevators...they were terribly slow. I also didn’t think the floors were very clean when we checked in. Our feet were quite dirty after walking around barefoot only a brief period of time when we arrived. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo very much.

Great place

The room we stayed in was awesome. Very clean, amazing views, and had everything we needed. The only bad thing about the resort were the elevators. It was a long wait each time you had to use them, and there were several that were not working at the time. Overall , we had a great time and enjoyed the resort and room!

Stay at tidewater

Everything was great place was very nice and clean lots of rules but that's any where you go that isn't yours. View was to die for! Elevators was the down fall of the whole trip. Had to wait hours to get off one floor to the next. When we left we had to take steps which was 26 flights. To get out of the place. That's hard with all your luggage.
