Carpet was torn up, it looked like a cat had lived there. Everything was FILTHY, was, bedding, pee still on the toilet, crayons and trash in the room, so much dust along baseboards it was visibly discolored grey. The literally said they had no wash clothes. For $140 a night I would have paid the extra $50 for somewhere else or even just kept driving.

Thank you for the opinion. In order to validate your comments can you please provide your name and room number you stayed. We have consistent diesoline process: our FD accompanies housekeeping after check out so damages are reported and arrange to be fixed, HK cleans the room, HHK inspects and than front desk before assigning the room, weather it is our manager Krystle, Supervisor Nancy or Supervisor Adrian. We track who cleaned the room to who inspected and they leave the card in the room for the guest. Can it be that you think you pad more for the room even after doing your competitive price check on internet. We are in business to provide the best product at a reasonable price.. Due to your Anonymous status we are not able to research.

It was a nice-enough place...had a spill and used a towel to clean it up and couldn't believe how dirty the floor was. Pretty quiet, but not very clean...

Advertisement showed pool & nice area. I swim in A.M. but pool closed. Used Covid as excuse for everything. Other pools in Palm Springs open. Should have told us no pool. Lobby not open so no ice available. Front desk doesn't answer phone & closed most of day. No cups for water in room. 2 chairs listed on inventory list, only 1, missed 2nd chair. Baby in next room cried often. The room was clean. Housekeeping staff nice.

The rooms were clean and cheap. You get what you’re paying for. The area is not located in a good area so beware of your surroundings. We only stayed 1/2 nights we were supposed to be there. The first night a few rooms down there was some break in at 3am. Not sure of cause. Just be careful of surroundings. staff was friendly enough and rooms were clean.

Thank you. You approved the rooms as clean and great price value, You liked our staff. Regarding break-in we will find out. We do have a Security Service at night. We are probably the safest area in town, also surrounded by restaurant and on Hwy 111, which connect seven Pram Springs Greater Area.

Property is a dump. Dirty walks inside. Torn shower curtain. Bathroom floor dirty. Tv not connected to cable. Internet password didnt work.

My room was clean and spacious. There was a safe, luggage rack, refrigerator, microwave, TV, Internet, lots of lighting.

The room was run down and needs updating, the handle in the shower was difficult to use, I wouldn't stay there again
