Thank you for the opinion. In order to validate your comments can you please provide your name and room number you stayed. We have consistent diesoline process: our FD accompanies housekeeping after check out so damages are reported and arrange to be fixed, HK cleans the room, HHK inspects and than front desk before assigning the room, weather it is our manager Krystle, Supervisor Nancy or Supervisor Adrian. We track who cleaned the room to who inspected and they leave the card in the room for the guest. Can it be that you think you pad more for the room even after doing your competitive price check on internet. We are in business to provide the best product at a reasonable price.. Due to your Anonymous status we are not able to research.

Thank you. You approved the rooms as clean and great price value, You liked our staff. Regarding break-in we will find out. We do have a Security Service at night. We are probably the safest area in town, also surrounded by restaurant and on Hwy 111, which connect seven Pram Springs Greater Area.
