Hotel was paid for in advance on hotels.com. Upon check in I was asked for a credit card for a $100 deposit. Upon reviewing my credit card statement the deposit showed up and fell off as it should however they also charged me again for the room. I called the hotel to have this refunded and they said that the only charge they show is the hotels.com charge. I provided my receipt and statement as proof that I was charged twice and they refused to refund me. I am now disputing with my credit card company. The room was survivable but was dirty. We also chose this hotel because it had a pool but were unable to swim as pool was extremely dirty and somewhat green. Avoid this place!

Rooms are very out dated, do not look like the pictures. Staff ungraded us to a suite which was more decent but I would not stay in the regular rooms. It feels old and dirty.

Booked 2 nights for Stage Coach festival. Mgr would not honor Expedia reservation although Expedia called them twice. We assume they sold the reservation to a higher bidder. My son had nowhere to stay for a 3 day festival for which he paid a lot for the tix and plenty for the room. It was a nightmare. Shame on them!!!!

Trust broken!

While staying at this property we were treated with little respect. Our room suddenly has new occupants that used a room key to access our room while we were in bed! We have now been charged 4 time for the room, no resolution. No reason as to why. Very dirty, bad paint

Not happy with this particular Super8 They charge me an additional $77 for no reason and they wont refund me. It’s not a security deposit ($100) they refund me that charge

The staff here are really nice and helpful. The morning breakfast area felt more like a bed and breakfast. Not fancy, but all around very comfortable. Would stay again.
