Great Palm Springs Rental

The home was clean, well-equipped, and in a pleasant neighborhood. I felt very safe going for a walk every morning. I appreciated having a washer and dryer and a dishwasher, as well as a large closet with drying racks for our clothes. The home is close to the airport, which was handy both when arriving and returning our rental car. Although I could hear planes coming in and taking off if I listened for them, they were not distracting and did not prevent me from getting a good night's sleep. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and it was easy to get to all of the main attractions in Palm Springs. Joshua Tree National Park is an easy (1 hr) drive away. Special Kudos to Doris, who was very prompt to respond to questions and even bought us dinner because the neighborhood lost power in a rain storm one night. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Great stay

Nice location for our family of four trip in Palm Springs. Close to the airport (not noisy) and near downtown Palm Springs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking, as well as spices, coffee filters, and some tea bags. We were able to access the laundry room after arrival, which was very helpful. We had good experiences at all the restaurants we went to including brunch at Wilma and Freida, dinner at 533 Viet Fusion and carry out Big Earle’s BBQ. Great communication with Doris.

Clean, comfortable convenient

Quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to the airport. Comfortable beds, pleasant patio, met all our needs. A+ communications with management. Would happily stay here again.

Great location!!

For our first trip to Palm Springs, we were constantly thrilled by how accessible our house was between all of our adventures (and the airport!!). Our kids loved being so close to a very nice playground. It was easy to pop in to shower and grab what we needed between activities and on our way to our family who lives in the area. We did have some little bug friends come and visit during our stay, which was gross.... but we appreciated that the hosts were responsive, apologetic, and sent a cleaning crew over immediately.

Great Place in Palm Springs California

The home is very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed our stay. We had easy access to all the activities we planned. It is close to the airport, restaurants, and grocery store. The property manager provided great information about the home.

Extended weekend

Our family enjoyed staying in this wonderful home. The location is ideally near the airport, but in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed playing foosball and watching movies. Our host was quick to respond and available to answer any questions. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!!

Family Vacation in Palm Springs

This property is very well taken care of. It was very clean when we arrived and we had a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality pots and pans. We also had access to the laundry room which was very useful. The hosts were very kind and nice and responded very quickly to our questions.

Great house. Very quiet and welcoming. Wonderful backyard to relax and enjoy the mountains and weather in Palm Springs. Doris was a great host. We would definitely use this home again.

A quiet retreat in Palm Springs. Off the beaten path but close.

The house was very comfortable for us. We split the rental with another couple for a month, overlapping for a weekend. It was perfectly comfortable for all of us. It is very conveniently located to the airport but with very limited noise from the airport. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet but easy to access all needed amenities. The backyard faced south which made for all day sun (shade is available) for reading and relaxing with these perfect February temperatures. I recommend if you are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay. Also- The owner was very responsive in all communications. Thank you.

We love Palm Springs

We were a little late in reserving a house for a pre-Christmas trip. Normally we would stay closer to downtown Palm Springs. But this house was very nice. It is 3 bedrooms— with the primary bedroom on the other side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. That was perfect since our son stayed up later than us and didn’t bother us with his noise. The house is further away from downtown, but close to hiking which we did every day. All in all it is a good house in a good neighborhood.

Conveniently located house at palm springs

1. Good sized house for two families with kids 2. Convenient location, close to many attractions (downtown, tramway, zoo etc.). Walkable to a park. 3. Excellent communication with the guest contact (Robin) even though it was the thanks- giving weekend 4. Note that there is no dishwasher (which we missed) 5. Kitchen had basic pantry supplies like salt, pepper, sugar, cocoa, some seasonings etc.
