The Space:
A downstairs one bedroom, one bath condo with a living area and full kitchen. Guests enter the first floor condo to a living area featuring a sleeper sofa, chair, coffee table and wall mounted flat screen TV. Several bar stools allow guests to dine at a breakfast bar facing the kitchen. The full kitchen features every major appliance including a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, gas cooktop and oven, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Ample cookware and dishes/utensils allow guests to enjoy the convenience of meal preparation and a stacked washer/dryer sits just off the kitchen in a closet. The full bathroom features a combination shower/tub, a single vanity with storage space below and a toilet. The bedroom has a king bed, desk and armoire with a TV. A large walk-in closet in the bedroom provides guests with additional storage in the condo. A community pool and hot tub is located directly in front of the unit and there is ample parking in a lot on the far side of the condo building. You won't find a better value on your next desert retreat!

Guest Access:
Prior to arrival, Occupant will receive access codes to electronic door locks and/or lock boxes containing keys to the Premises. The Premises may contain common area keys/cards and remote control device(s) for garage door/gate openers that are the responsibility of the Occupant. Occupant shall pay all costs and charges related to the loss of any keys or opening devices.

The Neighborhood:
Casitas Las Rosas is located in the village of La Quinta surrounding the Embassy Suites hotel. The resort condo community consists of 144 one bedroom units at approximately 700 square feet each. Four community poosl and hot tubs are spread throughout the condo buildings and are available for guest use year-round. Ample free parking is available in lots surrounding the condo buildings and hotel security monitors the property 24 hours a day. The Embassy Suites hotel is in the middle of the condo community. Casitas Las Rosas is not affiliated with the Embassy Suites but hotel amenities can be used on a fee basis including their spa and restaurant. Old Town La Quinta is located directly across Calle Tampico from the community and offers a variety of excellent dining options and local shops. Casitas Las Rosas is a perfect choice for smaller parties looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.
