Shop 350 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 750 m, pebble beach 1 km, rocky beach 1 km, concrete beach 1 km. Cycle lane 800 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vransko jezero 1.7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
