Esta es una de esas casas que no encuentras a menudo y a un precio excelente. ¡Encantadora casa de troncos ubicada en pinos ponderosa con acceso cercano a pie al Bosque Nacional de San Juan! No se deje engañar ... puede acceder a fantásticos sistemas de senderos para caminatas, bicicletas o raquetas de nieve, pero a solo 2 o 3 minutos de la tienda de comestibles, restaurantes, bares y tiendas.

Relájese frente a la chimenea en el gran sofá reclinable de cuero, lea un libro o observe la vida silvestre desde las grandes cubiertas ubicadas en la parte delantera y trasera de la casa. Ambiente muy privado en un lote grande con jacuzzi nuevo con vista a los árboles y la vida silvestre. Perfecto para relajarse después de un día de diversión en Wolf Creek

Esta casa es perfecta para familias y grupos grandes, pero también es una casa maravillosa para una escapada de fin de semana en pareja. La gran suite principal se encuentra en el piso principal con una cama king. Hay dos habitaciones de huéspedes arriba. Uno con 2 camas individuales y el otro con una cama queen. Un baño completo completo está en el camino entre las habitaciones. El sótano de la huelga es súper grande y perfecto para que la pandilla se junte y juegue juegos. Esta habitación también tiene una litera grande y un colchón portátil para huéspedes adicionales.

Las actividades están alrededor de esta casa. Wolf Creek Ski está a unos 30 minutos en automóvil. Los baños termales de Pagosa están a unos 7 minutos en el área del centro histórico, que también cuenta con excelentes tiendas y restaurantes. Y para aquellos que disfrutan del golf, el cercano club de golf de campeonato de 27 hoyos con hermosas vistas y en los meses de verano, ofrece excelentes conciertos semanales en el green.

Loved the place for a friends getaway! We enjoyed the location and quiet neighborhood. The current photos don't do it justice in a good way...the master bathroom has been updated and the shower is amazing! Very nice place.

I wanted a quiet place in the mountains and this is certainly it. The house is surrounded by trees with a large deck we used for reading and entertainment. The house is well stocked and had lots of things to do for our entertainment. Beds were comfortable. There is a full kitchen, nice BBQ and jacuzzi, and plenty of room to spread out. We had planned to spend time in Tellerude and Durango but except for local restaurants and spas, decided we had our exact vacation requirements met by staying in and near the house. Overall, one of the best places I've stayed when using VRBO.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay very good location clean nice beds. Only thing I didn’t like is the parking we had a trailer with our side by side on it. There is not a lot of room to park the trailer. You will have to back in from the street down a hill to the front of the garage it is not a strength shot. It is doable but not convenient

Beautiful Getaway!

We had never been to Pagosa Springs before. The location is not too far out of town but is far enough out to where you feel like you can enjoy both the town of Pagosa Springs and the lakes surrounding the property location. It is a beautiful and peaceful environment all around. We even were privileged to see three hot air balloons overhead as we drove to the grocery store! The only downers were the pollens in the area were heavy and left a thick yellow residue everywhere, so you had to wipe things down outside before using them, as well as trying to use the television to watch the U.S. Open or any other channels for that matter was impossible to do after trying multiple times. However in the grand scheme of things, those are minuscule complaints. We would definitely consider coming back and have even talked about doing it again!

Nice house with lots of room

Everything with this rental went smoothly. Its a very nice location in a Pagosa Springs subdivision. Great access to trails, restaurant, shops and a large market. We snowshoed, cross country skied and downhill skied at Wolf Creek Ski Area.

This cabin is amazing! Between the spacious rooms and the grand outside decks, we thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving. The hot tub is a wonderful amenity with easy access and great views. The beds are cozy and comfortable! Neighbors are very nice as well.

Birthday celebration

We did snowboarding at wolf creek, spa in Pagosa springs,and snowmobiling. Location was great for all. House was beautiful with plenty of accomodations. We cooked on the grill and enjoyed having a soak in the hot tub after snowboarding.

Pagosa Winter-wonderland

Cabin was excellent, very clean great communication with the property manager. No problems whatsoever plenty of room for a family of six. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking meals. Great location felt very private, yet just a few minutes away from restaurants in Pagosa Springs. Very pleased with our stay and highly recommend!!

Railroad / Pagosa Getaway

This was an excellent place to stay for our Cumbres Toltec Scenic Railroad trip. Chama New Mexico is a short one hour drive from Pagosa Springs. The property was spotless and very nicely furnished. It could easily sleep 8 to 10 people and was ideal for our two couples. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and eating our dinner. Deer and a fox were seen around the property. We talked about coming back to spend more time touring the area and we will certainly use this property again.

Great little getaway

The was a great little weekend getaway for our family. It doubled as an anniversary gift to ourselves and a mini family trip. Property was clean, on arrival, and the check in/out process was very easy. The communication with the property managers/owners was excellent. Any question we had was a quick text away. A Concierge service was offered which was a really nice touch. We had a Charcuterie board and bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived and was given suggestions for nice restaurants Inthe area. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with Close access to down town pagosa-10ish min. And maybe an hr drive to wolf creek ski. We had our 2 young kiddos with us and this was a great space to spread out as a fam of 4. The downstairs area was perfect for our kids to hang out, play or watch tv. Kid friendly and pet friendly. We did not have pets but I did notice there was several baby gates to use and a medium sized dog kennel in the garage. The deck on the back of the home is very inviting with a patio set, chairs and porch swing. Great place to hang out for am coffee or dinners. We were greeted with deer in the back every morning which was always fun to see. I’m giving a 5 star review because overall it was a great place. And I would 100% stay again and recommend. There are a a few things worth mentioning. The pics should be updated to represent there is no longer a set of twin beds in one of the bedrooms. We were planning on having our kids sleep in that room together but it was replaced with a queen bed-no big deal to us but worth mentioning if your party might expect kids to share a room. The property appears more secluded in pics than it really is. It is in a neighborhood nestled in the trees. The homes next to you are relatively close. The home was VERY cold when we arrived. There is no central heat in the home and it is heated by fireplace and space heaters. Our first night there was pretty cold-there are plenty of blankets to use in the home but it took a full 24 hr period for it to get “comfortable”. The hot tub was lovely but the area where the hot tub sits is pretty basic on the lower level under the main deck. Some pavers thrown down leading to it and a couple plastic pool chairs next to it. Not too bothersome for us, but if your expecting some “ambiance” while in the hot tub you probably would be disappointed. Despite the mentioned- As stated it was a wonderful getaway, and perfect for families.

Great deck

This location is a 10m drive from downtown pagosa springs. We really enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and eating meals/playing games out on the deck. The basement is relatively smelly due to the trash in the garage but we didn’t have anyone staying down there so it was much of a big deal for us. Great place with our 2 dogs.
