"What a great house! Location was spot on to everything we wanted to experience.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need and more.We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub.If the hot tub is not on when you arrive just request it to be turned on.Communication with host was very easy. I did have a few questions and David always got back to me very quickly.I would recommend this home for a family vacation.This was our families first time to SB area it was so beautiful! July is a great month to visit."

"Jennifer's Cottage Room in Summerland, CA was a cozy little refresher. Trees and vines make for an intimate green space (check out the pictures.) Jennifer's was my getaway from noise, cement and traffic in LA. Great for a single or a couple. Summerland, California is a nice little sea side town just minitues from Santa Barbara. There are a wide variety of activities in the area, sun and sand, surfing lessons, vineyard tours, horseback riding--something for everyone. Just go and enjoy yourself!"

"The property is quiet and peaceful, the beds comfy and the hosts generous and good communicators. The house is funky but clean and there are lots of places to sit and lounge. We wished for blinds without broken cords and a better can opener but we were grateful for the location, the hot tub and the patio view. If u are looking for elegant, keep looking, but if you are looking for character, this may be your place."
