Not worth the money

When we checked in we noticed that the house was dirty and the outside was not maintained we had to have the bug guy come in because we found a roach in the master bathroom and the drain in the shower of the second bathroom was not draining so we had to have maintenance come in and fix that also the hot water was luke warm so that had to be fixed also we payed for the pool to be heated and on the last night we were there it was warm enought to swim in also there was plants growing out of the gutters in the back where the pool was also the pool needed a good cleaning

We feel robbed

We just left yesterday and although the home is beautiful it’s sad that this “shine rentals” company doesn’t care about the money people pay to stay here. Upon check in the home looked great, tidy but not clean I had to sweep the entire house as it was covered in hairs I even sent pictures to the company. The showers have a layer of scum on the tile and there’s mold in the sinks. They did offer to send the cleaners back out but I already had swept and we didn’t want anyone in the house while we weren’t there. The biggest problem was the pool, we paid alot of money for the pool to be heated and we never got to use it once as the pumps didn’t work and it was freezing the entire 10days. The pool was also very dirty. The pool guy even came out and admitted it wasn’t working and it was indeed freezing. After telling the company this we never got a response from them when saying we wanted a refund as we didn’t get what we payed for. They were very fast in responding any other time unless you had a complaint then it was crickets. We saved for 2 years for this trip and have stayed in other locations in FL before so we know we didn’t get what we paid for. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Good location quiet neighborhood

When we travel we usually are out early and back late so we don't spend time at the properties. Negative Only one towel per person supplied and stains on the furniture. Positive Bedroom sheets fresh and clean that's what I like. Convenient to everything and nice quiet neighborhood.

Fab house! Already looking to book next year.

We had a great stay at this house! As described in the listing and plenty of space for us all - 4 adults and 1 child. Location was great for Disney (25 mins) and Universal (35-40 mins) publix only a 5 min drive. Very clean and swift response from management company on any queries. Already looking to book for next year.

Good villa but needs some TLC

Hi, good villa but needs some TLC. Pool was not very clean but Shine helped us sort. Shine seem a great company. I just think there needs to be some updating. There is no cable TV just streaming which is good but really should say in description. Kitchen equipment not great.

Enjoyed Vacation in Spite of No Heated Pool

We enjoyed our stay, in spite of not being able to use the pool, due to being advised days before our scheduled arrival that the pool heater required parts (not available until after we left at end of March). We were told by Property Manager that the pool heater had 'JUST' broke. This was a lie since the guests that stayed in February wrote in the guest book that it would have been nice to have access to a 'heated' pool. Did not appreciate being lied to...(not sure a heater even exists, since we did not see a heater unit ??). On the positive side, furniture was new and beds were comfortable. Hardwood flooring throughout was very nice. Neighborhood was quiet..great for sleeping. Pool deck needs a good cleaning. We enjoyed the closeness to Kissimmee and Disney Springs for shopping. Could have a few more TV channels for watching at the end of the day. Overall did enjoy our stay, but use of the pool would have been a plus.

Tranquil, peaceful respite.

The property was as described and photographed. The layout was ideal. The backyard was so peaceful with an overlook view of the lake. The sound of the fountain in the lake was quite soothing and peaceful. The house was not stocked with any cleaning supplies, paper products or basic condiments , as most superhosts provide, so pick up everything you will need from the nearby Publix.

Exactly as advertised

A lovely stay in a great villa in a beautiful and convenient location. Villa was exactly as advertised, fast and reliable internet and huge tv’s in all rooms to keep everyone entertained when the weather not so good. Check in was easy and straight forward. Communication with Management company was always quick and efficient. Would love to return to this villa again in the future.
