Just ok….

First and foremost, the location was fantastic. Publix being close was very convenient and the proximity to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove made the visits easy. The pool area was great and the condo was quiet. That said, I am not rating this a five star stay because maintenance and cleanliness was an issue. I would compare this to a stay at Comfort Inn vs a high dollar Hampton. Adequate for what was needed and again, the location was great (as was communication with the owner) but it is aged and not as well maintained as it should be.

I would definitely stay here again, this particular condo is located on the top floor at the very end of the hallway which makes it very quiet! The balcony faces trees and a pond of some sort, very serene...the property was pretty clean, a few hairs and dust balls in the corner, but overall clean..the couch in the living room is pretty low, so if someone has back or knee problems, you may want to sit at the dining table instead! The only inconvenience was the iron, the wines glasses and some of the other items are up pretty high,my friend and I are shorter adults both about 5'2" and I had to use kitchen tongs to reach the wines glasses, my friend was able to maneuver the iron down, but we couldn't reach to put it away...theres plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed...the main security gate was broken so anyone could drive into the property that was a bummer, it wasn't fixed until our last night there...because it is a condominium complex, the main gate repair I'm sure is out of the owners control, however, I did notify them...overall it was a great location, 15 to 20 minutes (only because the traffic in Orlando is horrible!) from all the major attractions, there's a shopping plaza in walking distance very convenient....it is a very nice property that I highly recommend!

Our Universal Studios Trip

This rental was perfect for our family. Property was clean and well kept. Although we did not get to use it due to time restraints, the pool looked amazing. There is an electric vehicle charging station right out front of the unit. The unit was very nice, with plenty of room for our family of five. We couldn't ask for anything more. Joe was very accommodating and responded to any questions we had immediately. We will definitely stay at Joe's property again. Thanks Joe!

Amazing property and outstanding service from owner

This property is beautiful and located perfectly for Disney,SeaWorld,top golf and many other attractions we even did a day in bush gardens that was about a hour drive but with the ease of access to the interstate was still convenient. I can’t say enough about how great the host was they were very responsive to any needs or questions I had. I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends and family and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

LOVED THE VIEW OVER THE LAKE!

The hosts were wonderful and communicated quickly. The condo was clean and comfortable. But for an overworked mom who just wanted to relax while the kids enjoyed Vista Cay, sitting on the veranda overlooking the quiet lake, taking in the wildlife, while drinking my morning coffee was heaven!

Great location

The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with appliances (the coffee pot was broken but the owner was very receptive and attempted to get us a new one during our stay). The condo, other than new flooring, was pretty worn and dated. It wasn’t the cleanest as staff had left towels in the dryer, used towels by the tub they were cleaning, air vents were dusty, etc. The owners were extremely easy to talk to about any questions we had. Overall, it was adequate for our stay.

Great job - repeat Vista Cay customers

We have stayed at Vista Cay 4 times over the last 5 years. Every experience has been a good one. However, this most recent times was above and beyond our expectations. The hosts, Joe and Debora were outstanding from the minute we were considering their unit, all they way up to our departure. Their communication with us was consistent, often and very helpful. Wonderful location

This was a great property -- we had plenty of room to spread out which was really nice (18 & 20 year old children). It was also convenient to both Universal and Disney parks -- we did some of both. And the pool was great to cool off one evening.
