Great Location - Nice place

There are a lot of great things about this place, location, size, pool. However, the furniture was a bit worn so I could not give it a 5 star. Also, the lazy river is more like a lazy stream.

Excellent Property in Every Way

This property was exactly as it was advertised!!! I lost my wife in December and this trip was her dream. I have 3 children, and 6 grandchildren, and each family had their own rooms and bathrooms. We had the greatest experience we could have imagined. The hosts were super responsive, and the property was great! It was so close to the community resort it was amazing. I would stay here 100 out of 100 times.

Family Disney trip

The house was just as described, very large and spacious. The hosts were excellent and communicated instantly. I would caution any one on the driving times from homes to any of the parks. Times quoted may be at 3Am as any other time of day there is lots of traffic and minimum driving times are 30 to 45 minutes. minutes to 45.

Immaculate

This home is located in a gated community with an amenity center which had everything you could dream of. We felt safe and secure. The home was absolutely gorgeous. It was very well maintained and cared for. Housekeeping is doing an amazing job. We loved the home so much no one even bothered going to Disney or anything. We had food, games, and the pool (well stocked towels). The hot tub was great the days we got it heated. All sorts of pool toys were available and in great condition. The theater was the best. We had movie nights and game trivia there. Our family appreciated the little things left behind like seasonings and laundry supplies. The kitchen had an abundance of everything you can imagine from brand new pots and pans to coffee makers, toasters, glassware and even plastic dishes for kids. Mel and Jason were superb hosts/hostesses! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

Paradise

If this house is available do not hesitant to snag it. I assure you you will have ZERO Regrets. Storm troopers Retreat is honestly a little slice of heaven. Big, clean, magazine quality decor not to mention comfortable. All this while still making you feel at home. I cant say enough great things about how much we all loved this home. Ages 59-4! To top it off the owners couldn't be anymore accommodating. If you need anything they will answer within minutes and they send messages to check on you throughout you stay. The private pool is absolutely glorious! However if you want to switch it up the resort pool and lazy river are also delightful. Just across the st with activities for kids and adult drinks :-) also the cutest little (build a bear) spot. Again dont wait snag it! We absolutely cant wait to return!

Memories for Lifetime!

Safe and gated neighborhood! Great club house and amenities. Fully equipped to make your stay worry free!! So CLEAN and ery well kept very COMFORTABLE BEDS! So many places have worn out their mattresses that they are very uncomfortable. These are nice and Firm!!!! Host were very quick to respond with answers to questions!!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We've rented many houses for our family getaways and this experience was by far the best ever. This house and this location was perfect for our group. The house is super clean and nicely furnished. The layout is comfortable and functional. The close proximity to the amenities is a big plus. The owners were quick to answer any question. Look forward to returning for our future trips to the Orlando area.

Fantastic property, area and more importantly fantastic hosts

The house is very spacious and has enough room for everyone to have there own space when needed. More than enough equipment and utensils than required. The pool is great and kept clean. The location of the house is fantastic. Clubhouse and extras quite literally across the street. Almost instant responses from Mel and Jason when we needed them and this is something we think is exceptional. We WILL be back again in the future as the house is perfect for our needs. Thank you both.

Amazing Property and communication

We could not have asked for more in this home and it's owners. Mel and Jason were so responsive. I'd have an answer in minutes every time I aske a question. The House is located right next to the club house so convenient when your kids (or husband) forgets something. The house itself is beautiful. It is very spacious and the way the rooms are laid out you don't feel like you are cramped when travelling with another family. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, mugs, and glasses. Super close to shopping, grocery, and take out. Zero issues with having food delivered, which we did alot of as we had small children. The Movie theater was a huge bonus for us, the kids would go "to the movies" when they would finish in the pool and the adults had some quiet time. My only complaint would be that I didn't get to stay longer! If you are looking in this area, you will not be disappointed here. Thank you so much Mel and Jason for a vacation we will never forget!

Amazing house for larger families!

We had a great experience here, with enough bedrooms and beds for all 14 of us! We had 8 adults and 6 kids ranging from 9-16 years old. The movie room was awesome and large living areas, as well as the pool and hot tub. We used the resort pool, lazy river, basketball and volleyball courts too! There was so much to do. The owners were very responsive whenever we had questions. I highly recommend!!

Great beyond expectations

This home has every feature that you can want. My family truly enjoyed the home and pool. All aspects were at concierge level. Nothing was missing or needed. Just shows the commitment that the owners have in providing their guests with a great home to enjoy with their family. Will return.

Kids playing at ESPN WWS- this is your house!!!

I have rented numerous properties over the years for traveling sports team and this is the best property - EVER! It is only about 20 minutes for ESPN WWS - super easy drive. It has a Publix grocery store 5 minutes away. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. This was a senior year trip for a girls soccer team. They loved playing pool up on the landing and watching movies in the media room. (Weather was cold and rainy so they didn’t use the pool that much.) The parents hung out in the kitchen and family room. Our coach even stayed with us and raved what a great house it was. We had 14 people in the house in ages ranging from 80-17 and never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and the owners checked on us throughout the visit. Team Managers, put this house on your shirt list!! It will not disappoint.

Thanksgiving week

Great home! Great hosts- super responsive. The home met all of our needs for a multigenerational family. The pool in the back was perfect for the kids and the location in the neighborhood is second to none. Right across from the resort!

All around awesome experience!

This was a great experience all the way around. The location, if you’re going to the parks is fantastic, but tons of amenities on site, and we never had to leave. We had 3 generations stay, and having all of the master suites AND the kids themed rooms made it a great fit for our group. I will say that the responsiveness of these hosts cannot be beat, there were more than enough towels and dishes and the beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable with high quality linens (all things that we’ve experienced inadequacies with during other stays - not here!). We did have a challenge with the hot tub heater, but Jason and Melanie responded within minutes and helped us to resolve the issue. We had an amazing time and the house was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Will definitely stay with them in the future!

Family Vacation to Disney/Universal

Beautiful home. We had a family of 17 that stayed comfortably. Plenty of room for kids and adults to spend quality time together. Tough parking but very convenient to gate and lazy pool. The family requested the same house for our next Orlando trip.

Amazing home.

This place was beautiful , we had an amazing time. The only issue we had was having to come back home and not stay longer. Everything was clean when we arrived, the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook.The only thing you need to bring with you is your clothes.We hope this house is available when we go to book next year.
