Room was clean and checkin was quick and easy; however, I was not informed that there was no hot water in the building when I checked in. Found out when I tried to take a shower, called the front desk and they said it was getting worked. Next morning, there was still no hot water and the front desk said there’s no rooms in the other buildings. Didn’t offer solution or expected repair time. When we came back in the evening, there was finally hot water. Only a significant issue because I have kids and having hot water should be a basic expectation of a hotel room.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 12 times. The rooms are always clean and large. I love that there are 2 separate sinks. The room I was in this time was clean and the beds comfortable. The only complaint i had was how loud the bathroom fan was. Other than that, evwrything elae was good.

I've stayed here at least 10 times and every time it's clean and quiet. The rooms are large, and one of my favorite aspects is there are 2 sinks; one of which is outside the bathroom, so I can get ready while my family is showering.

There was stains on the bedding on one of the beds. There was hair in the sink . There was not a coffee pot in the room. It was a nice room just wish it was cleaner when checking in and I wish there was coffee and coffee cups in the room

Very friendly staff and a really nice location if you are going to the Disney Parks. Plenty of food and convenience stores around you to stock up your room. The hotel was very quiet while we were there which was really nice. Free parking which is a rarity. The only "complaint" I have is that when Housekeeping attended our room (they only do it every 3 days), they forgot to restock our toilet paper and wash cloths. When we got back to our room and saw this, it was late and housekeeping was gone so I had to walk down to the front desk to get it at almost midnight.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety and made mornings easy. The highlight of our trip was definitely the lazy river — it was so relaxing and added to the whole resort experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we’d happily return!
