Two years ago, we purchased this home with a vision to create the ideal vacation retreat, and after extensive renovations, we’re excited to share it with you. We've meticulously updated every inch of this home, adding an additional bedroom and bathroom in the attic space and reimagining the layout to enhance comfort and functionality. No expense was spared in selecting high-end finishes, from the brand-new kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances to the quartz countertops and stylish interior.

As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a modern living room and an open-concept kitchen, designed with ample seating space, a large entertainment area, and board games for family fun. To your right, you'll find the spacious dining area, perfect for gathering together. To your left, the first primary bedroom awaits, featuring a luxurious king bed and an expansive, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with dual sinks. The room is bathed in natural light, thanks to sliding doors that provide direct access to the screened pool area.

A stunning staircase leads you to the second floor, where the remaining bedrooms are located. The second primary bedroom is equally luxurious, offering a private bathroom with dual sinks and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom is ideal for families, with a Queen bed and two single beds, along with a private bathroom and TV.

On the opposite side of the second floor, two additional bedrooms each feature a Queen bed. These rooms share a bathroom that includes a bathtub, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Outside, the screened pool area offers a gorgeous pool, an outdoor dining table, and lounge chairs, creating the perfect space to enjoy meals al fresco or simply soak up the Florida sun without worrying about bugs. The large fenced backyard provides a secure and private space for your family to play and enjoy outdoor activities.

The home also offers a two car garage and a large driveway, big enough for three additional cars. Total of 5 parking spaces.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.

Pool is not heated.

Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
