My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room and we loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom they could use. The check in process was very easy and accessing the resort was seamless. My niece and nephew loved that the pool and waterslides were right on the same street as our house. Everything was clean and we had no issues while we were there. I would highly recommend this property and if we are ever back in the area will definitely stay her again. Thank you for giving us such a great experience from check-in to check-out.

Dance vacation.

We were in Orlando for two of our granddaughters dance convention. The home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would comment on is that common items that you would expect to be provided were short such as trash bags, soap in bathrooms. We were there for over a week and needed to supplement those types of items.

Big spacious home- Really Nice Neighborhood - close to Everything.

Pros- We are all glad we booked this place. - Home got enough space for large family/group - Nice interior/furniture/decor - The home has good sized kitchen with everything you need, and big enough dining table for large group. - Spacious rooms, and good sized beds, can easily accommodate 15- 17 adults as listed on the website. Cons- (based on the capacity of home- 17 people) - Pool area had only few chairs- it could use more lounge/chairs. - Kitchen only had 3 garbage bags (yess- only 3 garbage bags for 4- nights worth of booking, for 16 people). We ended up going to Walmart for few bags and it don't cost much but come'on, for the prize you pay, you don't want to go to store for couple of plastic bags you know. From check in, to communication with property management company- it was very smooth. The neighborhood - very nice. Overall - I would give 10 stars and would definitely book it again in future.

Changed location at last minute

The day of check-in I received a call stating that the house I reserved was not available and that they were going to upgrade us from a 5 bedroom to a 6 bedroom house. We only had 4 people so that wasn’t really an upgrade. This disappointment was that this house was much further away from the golf courses we were playing. I was told that it was the same distance but it certainly was not. Took almost an hour to get to each course when the house that I had reserved was within 5 miles of each course. The house was nice but the neighborhood had garbage all over the street.

Nice Stay with a few hiccups

This house was perfect for our group size for 6 days. It was laid out very nice and everyone had their own bathroom. The community pool was super close and within walking distance which we loved. The house pool was great, as well as the hot tub, which we did heat for an additional $60. My husband decided to turn that on on the second day in the afternoon and the heat did not come on until the next evening late night so that did not make us too happy that it took so long. But once it was on, it was hot! There was only 1 lounge chair to lay out on which was annoying since one day, 2 of us adults wanted to lay in the sun while the children swam. The other had to sit in a an upright chair which isn’t as comfortable when trying to lounge and get tan. There were a few things that broke as soon as we got there. The icemaker was making crazy noises, the upstairs kids bedroom curtain rod fell off when they tried to open the curtains, a chair leg caved in when one of our guests sat down. Luckily, she did not get hurt. When we looked underneath the chair, it looks like someone had already tried to fix it, but didn’t do a great job. Lastly, inside the downstairs closet, there were a number of items that were broken and stuffed in the closet, including a broken lamp and a beanbag chair with a hole in it which made little white balls escape and scatter all over the first floor. I called the number to report all these issues, so they knew it wasn’t us. They asked if they could have permission to come in if we were not home and I gave them permission. But later when we were away at the pool, they left me a message which I saw later after we got back that they tried to stop by but nobody answered and that they needed permission to come in, even though I gave them permission already. These were not issues that affected our stay, except the icemaker, but we just went ahead and bought a bag of ice so it wasn’t a big deal. We were just worried that they would think all these issues were caused from us, which they were not, as we always respect any house we rent. I guess that’s the chance you take renting a house where things can break with normal use. We just didn’t think it would be that many things. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pans, utensils and drinkware. The only thing we wished the kitchen had was a few pizza pans to cook frozen pizzas on. We had to cook them directly on the oven rack. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
