Now that we fixed everything, it's a great spot to rent
First problem was right after we reserved it. Online listing said the outdoor grill was free. (It's a grill and sink - not sure I'd call it a kitchen). After reserving was told the grill was an extra $20/day. Even after pointing out the fact that it was supposed to be free per the listing, they said they'd change the listing and still required payment. So we paid that, plus a fee to heat the pool. We arrived on Saturday and the pool heater did not work and per their instructions we could to report it until Monday. They came out to fix it Monday, but it still did not work. They came back out Tuesday afternoon and finally fixed it. It takes a day to heat up, so we basically had heat for three days of the week. They did refund us for the pool heat charge for the first two days that we reported. The game room has a pool table, air hockey table, and ping pong table. And a basketball, but no fitness equipment and no soccer/American footballs as listed? The pool table was so far off balance that the balls just rolled to one side. So the dads fixed it. The air hockey paddles were just the plastic parts with no felt on the bottom. So we bought the necessities and the dads fixed them. The ignitor on the grill did not work, so we had to buy a lighter to light it. Just seems like no one is really maintaining the property and making sure it is in working order. Aside from all that, the house is very nice and the lady who came out for the pool was very nice. The bedrooms are great and the bathrooms attached to each room were nice. The bathroom off the patio was a great addition. The furniture inside was very comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to all the Orlando spots and only about an hour to each coast. The neighborhood is very nice and well kept, and the house seemed secure. You can't beat the view of the pond and alligator (far enough to not be dangerous!) from the pool and patio area!
