Even though the front desk staff was polite and tried to be helpful, the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. When we arrived, the elevator was out of order, and we were originally assigned a room on the second floor. Thankfully, the receptionist found a room on the first floor instead. However, before we even opened the door, we were hit with a strong, awful smell of smoke. The room itself was extremely outdated, the bathroom was leaking, and there were small cockroaches everywhere. We couldn’t stay more than 10 minutes. The smoke smell was especially concerning due to my daughter’s allergies—it simply wasn’t safe for us to remain in that environment. We left immediately and would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances, regardless of how courteous the staff may be.

Staff that I encountered was very polite and welcoming. My only issue would be the limitation of options for breakfast. There was only waffles, cereal and yogurt, and the basic coffee and juice nothing else.

When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was the strong odor of marijuana in the lobby. There is a very long line at midnight and the reception person was not efficient. I waited over 20 minutes to check in, look to the right and saw that there is a note on the elevator saying that the elevator was broken. When it was finally my turn to check in, I was told that the elevator was broken. I was also told that the room may or may not be clean and ready for me as he was not sure if cleaning staff was able to go to the rooms.. I also asked how he was doing and he said "I'm tired". Well, we are all tired. I had to carry all my things up the stairs to the third floor. I had asked the fronk desk: Why are they even allowing to book rooms when the elevator is broken, and he had no response for that. The room was not very clean, there was no soap, and overall just not in very good condition. Absolutely awful all the way around.
