Spring break

The house was great, but could use some minor repairs. The shower in the master bedroom didn’t close and the sliding glass doors could be tough to open. It also listed 2 queen beds, but they both appeared to be full, tough for 2 adults to sleep in. Overall, we had a great stay though. The property owners were very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay.

Beautiful Home for a Family Christmas

We stayed in Clermont Florida the week of December 22-December 31st, 2023. This 6 Bedroom villa with private pool was beautiful! Very clean, spacious, great location, and perfect for our family of 20. The condo sleeps 12 (Our daughter and son in law live close so they traveled back and forth). We were also centrally located to get to Downtown Disney, and went to Snowcat ridge tubing and ice skating.. The charm of Clermont makes you feel like your in a Hallmark movie. We also experienced the snowfall in Celebrations. The condo was well equipped with all our needs, the game room also came in handy for the grandkids. Pool is a great size, we heated it and even with cooler temperatures the kids swam everyday. We have 11 grandkids ranging from 20 to 2 years old and the kids had a blast. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone. It was a 5 star for our family! Cliff and Laurie

The location and neighbourhood of this property is very good. I was surprised to see that the refrigerator and dishwasher showing in the photos of the property were not the actual appliances that we had. That being said they worked fine although the refrigerator is quite small. There is one reason and one reason only why I would not recommend this property. Of the nine beds in the house not one of them has a mattress that is really conducive to any kind of decent sleep. The mattress in the master bedroom was so bad that we had to purchase foam to put on top of the mattress just to get a decent sleep. I would highly recommend that the property owners replace all the mattresses in the house. While the house could use some significant upgrading, it’s really just cosmetic However, if the mattresses were replaced, I would give it a five star rating or.

Family Vacation 2022

Really quiet neighborhood. Had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Wish the hot tub was a little warmer :) Plenty of bathrooms and towels! House fit our 7 person family wonderfully. Was so nice to have washer, dryer, and dishwasher right there. Kitchen seemed well supplied with dishes, silverware, etc. We purchased the welcome packages so we would have cleaning supplies and food to start out our week, we were so glad we did! Had a great vacation and will certainly stay here again the next time we visit Disney :)

Beautiful Home but needs some TLC

Upon first glance, the home is beautiful but once we settled in we started to notice a few flaws. There was a major ant infestation in the main bathroom. The main bedroom’s throw pillows smelled. Trash was left under one of the beds from previous guest. Pool screen was torn and we had to deal with flying insects. After a few storms, the pool needed attention. We informed the the property managers that there was no trash receptacle on property and was told that it was ok to sit our bags outside for collection. After being out for the day, we returned to find the trash in the same spot. Because we wanted to respect the community and it’s neighbors, we were forced to bring the trash back inside. We were there for one week can you imagine having to keep trash inside. After promising to come by on several occasions, no one ever showed up. Otherwise, the home is located in a very beautiful community and the neighbors appear to be friendly. The location is very close to shopping centers and not to far away from the area attractions but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area.

Disney Trip

We had a great stay. Home was clean. Check in was simple. Home has security system which made me a little nervous upon entry because it wasn't specified where the key pad was. I didn't think to ask that question, so my own fault. Great location- not in the middle of a busy area but minutes from everything you need. Not far from all Disney amenities. We would return in the future if were in the area.

Amazing Place!

Best place to stay 30 minutes away from universal

Place was very clean pool is great make sure you bring trash bags they don’t have them outside side of that the place is dope. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful home

When you walk in the house it's beautiful love the master bedroom. When on spring break with my family a total of 12we had a lot of space in the house. The house had everything we needed. The property manager didn't really reply right away. We wasn't able to throw our trash because the bin was full we had to wait. Everything is close buy food Walmart Walgreens CVS gas station that was a plus the pool was okay wasn't really clean we didn't really enjoy the pool. I should have called the property manager for them to clean it but we didn't we were too busy going to the park.

Very nice property in excellent location

The property was very nice. I enjoyed my time there with my family. The only issue I had was the pool didn't stay heated, but other than that I enjoyed it. Will be going back.

Nice home quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We were a little surprised to have no paper towels, trash bags, half rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom and no pantry items like spices but I have never rented in Florida before so this maybe standard. Walmart and Publix are really close so we went shopping. We paid to have the hot tub heated but it took two days to get warm and we only stayed four. I understand it is a lot of water but I probably wouldn't do it again. The table and chairs by the pool were a nice place to just relax. They have a nice security system and it is easy to understand. I did not see any Palmetto bugs which for me is a HUGE deal. This home has plenty of room for a family. It is decorated so nicely. We would like to come back and bring family next time.

Great Property

We stayed for a week with a party of 9, ranging from adult to age 8. There was plenty of room for everyone and the neighborhood was quiet. The property was very clean and the management team was responsive to my questions!
