It was nice except we got our room and went down the hall to find it just to figure out it was in a different building. It would have been nice if they told us it was in a different building and they have no elevator which for us is no big deal but for some it is. Front desk was swamped 1 worker 20 minute wait for check in and I over heard that they were fully booked. So we came on a busy day. Some people were waiting in line just to find out they had no rooms available as they didn’t have any sign or anything that there was no vacancy. So keep in mind it’s a busy tourist location book ahead! Room was great and we had no issues.

Their add said restaurant and breakfast, neither were there. Check in took forever. Garbages in our room were not empty and were pretty disgusting. Tv in our room and our friends room didn’t work. Desk clerk didn’t give a crap when we informed her at checkout, said that’s the new smart tv’s for ya! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I won’t stay there again.

Large room with king bed, table with 2 chairs, comfy chair with foot stool, and desk made this room notable. Also liked that there was a sink on a long counter with the microwave and refrigerator. Clean and no odor.

We were not told that there would not be any maid service because of our short stay. Had we known we would have hung our towels. Easily resolved and they brought us fresh towels. Everything else was fine and we would consider staying here again.

Would absolutely not recommend, room 208 at least

Taken me a long time to write this because I hate writing negative reviews…… let’s start with the good! The room size was nice and the bed was not uncomfortable for me but was lumpy on my BFs side. Now to the bad. First off the day I booked the room (one month from our stay) I reached out to the hotel about pets fees and they never responded but did hit me with an 80$ pet fee for two days when I arrived. Next is the room itself (room 208). When we first got in the room it smelled like cigarette smoke. There was only two hand towels and no bath towels. When we called they did bring up two. There was only a quarter roll (if that) of TP for our two night stay. There was hair ALL over the shower and pee on the wall behind the toilet. There were dead bugs in the corners and goodness was the floor sticky. The pull out couch (shown in pictures of the room I booked) was a DISGUSTING chair and I can not say how disgusting it actually was! I wouldn’t even allow my dog on it let alone one of us but it did appear it might pull out. The view from our window was a GIANT ac unit used for the lobby of the hotel. Our AC was too loud to sleep with and they have the window locked to where it will only open maybe two inches. Theres no tv unless you log into your accounts. Needless to say I would NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The property was vlean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was great for our dog. The only suggestions i would have is to decorate the rooms a little. Our room was very clean but very STARK, some photos on the wall wtc. Would be more inviting

The king bed room was very spacious with a hide to bed, fridge, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, a table and two chairs, and a desk and chair with a TV. There was plenty of space to walk my dog and coffee available 24 seven in the lobby

overall a very pleasant stay, except for the doors; in general this property is quiet and peaceful but the doors are extremely thin and any noise outside will be heard by you...but the renovations are very nice and the property is very clean. the convenience of being right next to the creamery was also appreciated. otherwise, the experience was very pleasant and the staff are kind and cordial. one last thing to be aware of is that the entire town has the faint smell of cow, not that it impacted our trip very much. safe travels!
