This is a 1970s era Motel. A totally safe and affordable alternative. You can park right next to your door which is perfect for motorcycle riders. The front desk is hands down one of the nicest guys I've ever met. There's a ton of places to eat and shop locally. Brookings is a nice town.

The rooms were somewhat clean, but they are in clear need of repairs and a thorough deep cleaning. I understand the property was recently purchased in January, and it does seem the new owner has been working hard to bring it back up to standard.
