    at check in, we were not told about food service on site. it was nice to have that, wish we had known when we got there! they should have menus in your package or in condo. we did eat lunch there. our dryer did not work and we had no communication from management. we had to keep asking them and we requested late ck out, and we got that but only because we continued to follow up- the management mentioned her babysitter as the reason she was not responding about late ck out or dryer. dryer never worked and if they came to ck it, they did not let us know when. they just said it was not working. not the worst experience but the management nor the owner dont respond very quickly.

    Condo was lovely, kitchen adequately stocked and beds were comfy! Beautiful view! Coffee table was wobbly and bottom legs kept coming off when moved to lay out sofa bed. One of the bathroom shower curtain liners had a LOT of mildew and grout in master shower needs cleaning. These minor things did not hinder our stay at all. We still had a wonderful time!

    Upon arrival @ 4pm on Sunday, July 27, 2025, the AC was not operating (broken since 11pm the night before) we never received communication from the host to inform us… after driving 5 hours. The floors were disgusting, face towels were tan, etc…Good morning,Just went to the store to buy cleaning supplies and a brand new mop.When we first arrived on yesterday, having the AC out for hours was completely out of your control… understood.But what was in your control is to have a clean unit… to walk into an unclean unit is unacceptable. Me spending more money on cleaning supplies, again unacceptable.The puddle of water in the kitchen where I almost fell was brown due to the floor being dirty. The floor are greasy and sticky throughout the entire unit.The fridge had dried blood inside of one of the drawers and grit on every shelf.The bathroom faucets had black stuff coming out due to it not being clean around the spout…The toilet runs all night long.. and now all day. May want someone to come check on that if it matters to anyone.The sheets in the master bedroom has that same grit as in the fridge…Face towels….Could we ask Jessica to come change the sheets on our bed in the master and give us more hand towels? If not I’ll wash them myself. PLEASE do not have her mop the floors. I sanitized and cleaned the entire unit. We could not continue to walk in “sticky greasy mess’.When we walked into this unit, it smelled clean and sour all at the same time…

    We had a great time. Love the condo. A few suggestions for the next guest. Towel rods in all bathrooms would be helpful since there is no where hang a towel. The oven was not clean and the knobs on the stove also not clean. A few extra towels would be nice and a bath mat by the showers. Can’t not wait to come back. Great lazy river and beautiful beaches Thank youKaren

    Leigh was so amazing and so helpful. The check in and out process was extremely easy! The condo fit our family of 9 perfectly and it was very clean and beautiful! We will definitely be returning! Our kids had so much fun and so much room in the condo too!

    Absolutely amazing vacation

    We went to celebrate new years in Orange Beach and this condo did not disappoint. It's an absolute beautiful place and accommodated our family/friends of 9. Communication with the property manager was spot on. I highly recommend this place.

    Big enough that everyone has their own space. Love that the bbq pit is on the balcony, it is a convenience not to have to carry raw food through the condo public space to get to a pit and hope one is available. Hot tub in perfect working order this year, which everyone loved.

    Great Condo

    It is a great condo, with comfy beds and extra bedding if you need it, which I always appreciate. Room was very clean! We would book this room again, but would bring some wash cloths from home, as there were definitely not enough of those in the room and there was only one blow drier in the condo and it did not work. Minus those two little things that are easily fixable, we had a great stay!

    Very nice condo on the 11th floor of Tower D. Very roomy and clean. The complex had very nice amenities make the stay enjoyable.
