On the subject of the balcony, it is nicely decorated, so you'll want to open the sliding glass doors and enjoy it like an outdoor living room. On-site, you'll have access to a host of Summer House amenities, including a large, split-level outdoor pool, as well as an indoor pool, a large hot tub, a fitness room, and a sauna. Omni tennis courts and basketball hoops are also on-site and ready for a little friendly competition.

For family-friendly fun times, you'll find mini-golf, bumper boats, and go-karts at Adventure Island, less than a mile from this condo. Experience regular live entertainment and ride the Ferris wheel at The Wharf, just six miles away. And if you're looking to spend some time outdoors, explore the 6,500 acres of Gulf State Park, accessible via the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, less than two miles down the road, or take a drive down to Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge 16 miles west.

Things to Know
Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
