We loved the balcony and the perfect views. The condo was comfortable and convenient. Be sure you bring all the extras for the kitchen, as there wasn't even salt or pepper or a sponge for the sink! We would stay here again.

Excellent unit, very clean & well stocked. Loved the movie selection and games! View from balcony was amazing and we spent many nights having dinner and lunch out there. Pool was never overcrowded and the kids loved the water slide and lay lazy river. Having a ramp to the beach is so much better than stairs when you have a beach cart. Would definitely stay here over and over!

Clean & pleasant

Overall we were happy with our stay. The beds were comfy (esp the Master!) as was the large couch. It felt like a clean and well-furnished hotel suite. The beach was lovely and our daughter and her friend loved the lazy river! 2 areas where there were issues: the water pressure was very high (made taking showers painful) and the kitchen was poorly equipped. We have stayed in a lot of places and this kitchen was the worse. Pots/pans were grungy/poor, the blender was missing a gasket so unusable and the under-counter ice maker did not work (but the fridge had ice). Luckily we brought our own salt/pepper. So for future guests: bring your own sponge, cleaning supplies, trash bags, spices/cooking oil, napkins and foil/plastic wrap. We should also mention that although there are elevators that go to all of the floors, the parking deck only goes up to the 8th flr, and we suggest parking on the 7th. It was helpful to have the luggage carts to move our stuff but you might have to hunt some down on other floors.

Great Condo

We have visited the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for a decade and this is without a doubt the best condo we have rented. Excellent amenities, location and furnishings. We are putting this on our list for the summer and future fall trips.

Our stay

We stayed for a week, my only complaint about the room would be the rug under the table is wicker so don’t step on it without shoes because ouch! And some of the outlets didn’t work, the games were not in the correct boxes pieces were everywhere lol. Other than that I’d book the room itself again. Now he condo building only has 4 elevators, 2 were out almost the whole week and we was having to wait 20-30 minutes to get on a elevator which was a hassle the parking was annoying too the spots are more made for cars not suvs. The pool areas were nice. Restaurants, we didn’t get good steaks anywhere. The chicken and sea food was great though!

Last getaway before school

Location: Well situated and easy to find within easy driving of grocery stores, restaurants, shops. Parking: Pre-pay process was easy. A temporary pass for 2 hours was given so that we could obtain the weekly pass. Common areas: Clean and open. Well maintained. Unit: Could probably use a more thorough cleaning before guest arrived. Unit was functional and comfortable. Furniture was in good repair. Master suite bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were more than adequate. Laundry facilities worked nicely. Amenities: Lazy river was wonderful, especially given how hot most days were. Beach access was easy. Check-out: Leave the unit in good order, otherwise, no check-out requirements.

Family Stay

The parking was a nightmare! It took us hours on two different days to deal with the mess. The Wi Fi was a not stable either. It went off so many times during programs at night. Other than that our kids loved the water slide and lazy river. Our room sizes were good and the bathrooms were good as well.

Enjoyable Vacay

Property was nice with a lot of amenities. The lazy river, beach access, the numerous pools, etc were great! The elevator situation at checkout times was a struggle, but that’s to be expected. The condo its self was clean, and had everything labeled which made it nice. Odd smells coming from washer/bathrooms though.
