DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Manager said their cameras out front are DUMMY cameras. You’re vehicle WILL get broken into and vandalized EVEN WHEN PARKED OUT FRONT!!! Blood stains on our hotel floor!! No pool or breakfast for over $200 dollars a night. Our hotel door was open when we came back to sleep 14 hours later. Not even an apology from the manager. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

The night shift was awful and the lady at the desk was extremely rude. Didn't get into the room until 3 am. Waste of money. And she refused a refund even after travelocity called her.

Hi Faith, I'm sorry you felt we were rude. I was the one who tried to check you in. I wasn't able to because you didn't have a proper ID. Unfortunately because you didn't my hands were tied. When the gentleman with you came in I explained it to him and we came up with a solution. You told me not to cancel your reservation that you would be back so when Travelocity called I told them NO, that you requested not to have it cancelled. Then you came back with another person who had proper ID and CC so I was able to check you in at that point. We have certain criteria that has to be met in order to check a guest in and these are non-negotiable. I hope you have better luck in finding lodging in the future.

I was close to the highways but didn't hear the highway. Heads up...all the doors near our room seem to slam if you don't catch them and they are quite loud. Yes, neighbour's doors are loud too.
