Awful night

It was awful I booked with you guys hotel.com and when I get there they first tell me that the AC is out I think okay that's fine we can deal then when we get to the room the bathtub is disgusting and after that the toilet overflows and water goes everywhere we had to shut it off from the back of toilet it was a very awful night I just wanted a night to relax with my fiance for over a hundred dollars

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. The furniture was frayed, the tub itself had holes, the place was a wreck. Staff told me they had no ac in August but upon departure multiple floors did have ac. Do not go here!

We went to check in and was advised the AC for the entire building was broke and there was tno estimated time as to when it would be fixed. We cancelled and booked elsewhere. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and apologized, wasnt his fault. The back parking area could use some attention. Felt like we were parked in a alley or rough neighborhood

Slept in an oven.

Have you ever stay in a hotel room with no air conditioning in 92 degrees heat. Well, we did and it was terrible. The whole building's AC was broken and they couldn't get it fixed. And the bath tub was really bad. dirty and needed to be replaced. The shower curtain was old and torn !! Of course they charged me the full rate !!

Nothing was working. No AC...the card keys had to be reset twice a day...I cut my stay short and moved to another place. I may come back when they refurbishe the place because it's a great location. Right now, it's just falling apart. Tragic.

The hotel was in terrible condition. The air conditioning was not working and other guests were complaining that their shower was not working. Many people were getting refunds and checking out as the same time as us. The employee working at reception was helpful and apologetic. We booked the room because of the location - not expecting much - but it was pretty bad. Luckily we didn’t spend the night and got a refund.
