Villa Dalmatino Trogir with a pool is located in the small place of Okrug Gornji, on the island of Ciovo, just 5 km from the center of the historic city of Trogir and 30 m from the sea.

The property around the villa is spread on an area of 3300 m2, while the villa itself has an area of 100 m2 and consists of two floors: ground floor and first floor. The villa is suitable accommodation for 7 + 2 people.

In front of Villa Dalmatino Trogir, you will find a beautiful outdoor area of the villa. It consists of a terrace with a pool, cascade garden, romantic walking trail and another terrace with an outdoor barbecue and dining area.

An exit from the property leads to the beach, which is directly in front of the villa and it has a private boat mooring (up to 20 m).

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living area with sitting furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and dining area with a table and chairs. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and shared bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms; the first bedroom is with a double bed, the second is with two single beds and the third one is with one single bed. On the same floor, there is a shared bathroom with shower and working space.

Villa Dalmatino Trogir has solar energy, AC on the ground floor and Wi-Fi Internet access. The villa also has five parking spaces for its guests.
