The property itself is amazing check in was smooth and easy. My issues arise with the suite we stayed in. The cups were filthy and still had food in and on them. My remote did not have batteries I went to the front desk to ask. I was told maintenance would bring them up but make sure I do not have the dnd sign up and this was 5 mins after checking in. After about an hour I called the front desk and was told the same thing. The batteries still never came. I would have liked for the floors to be mopped there was a lot of dirt and debris stuck to the floor and walls. All in all the stay was nice but I do recommend checking the rooms for cleanliness.

They gave away one of my assigned rooms and put 1/2 my family on the other side of the hotel the new room they assigned to us smelled musty and was dirty we couldnt get another room because they said they was sold out so we had to accept the dirty room this hotel was definitely not worth the $530.00 we spent on the rooms

Short of awesome

The room was outstanding and all was great with a few exceptions. 1) The hotel was shared by Hilton Garden Inns and Homewood Suites. It would have been helpful to know that the common breakfast area was for Hilton Gardens and a separate breakfast room was available for Homewood Suites. No one mentioned this and we ate at the common breakfast area our first morning - only to discover that the breakfast ticket we were issued wasn't accepted there. 2) There was no hot water in the bathroom. It was not quite luke warm. Made taking showers less desireable. 3) The seal on the toilet tank needed replacing. The toilet ran for an hour after being flushed before the seal was tight enough to stop the flow of water.
