This new home has an open living concept. You enter the home from a large farmers porch. Up the stairs to the second floor is a large kitchen that has all of the amenities you would want for a home including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher. The 13 FOOT kitchen table accommodates 14. Overflow eating is located at the 5 FOOT x 8 FOOT Granite Island. From the second floor deck which has great views of both the WAVES BREAKING ON LONG SANDS BEACH AS WELL AS THE NUBLLE LIGHT HOUSE. The 2nd floor also has a sitting room that has a leather sectional and overstuffed chair to relax and read or watch TV on the 70' flat screen.

The house has 8 large bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have a queen bed in them. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths off of the living area. All bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of room for luggage and storage if needed. The 3rd floor has 2 large bedrooms both with a queen sized bed. The other third floor room has a queen bed and a twin sized bed. The 3rd story also has a large full bathroom and access to the deck where there additional seating. There is plenty of room for luggage and space to relax and unwind throughout the house.
