It was just ok. For $500 a night I was surprised how it was so bare minimum. It was loud with dogs barking, the main door to the hallways slamming at all hours. The room was very basic and had a sliver of a soap and 1/4 oz shampoo. I would have brought all of that if I knew. I assumed for the cost we would be getting a better quality room and experience.

This was a very clean family run place. All staff were super nice. Our room 37 was brand new and updated. It had 2 queen beds and it had a nice big fridge and with a smart tv.

Room carpet was dirty and stained. Elevator entrance dirty. No screens so if doors or window in hall left open bugs came in. Hallway stained and dirty railing. Gave us one hand towel and one wash cloth for two adults for two night stay. Dog left unattended in room and barked at all noises. Nothing we anticipated for the $698.76 we paid for the room!!

Water was a constant drip from upstairs ac unit all around our slider door jam and floor of patio. Tv was not working. Suspected batteries. At 840 noone was to be found on tbe property to help even though office hours were till 9. Tv was not 40" as stated which isnt a huge deal but it was maybe 30". With kids this was tough. Everytime the exterior door slammed shut, our room door rattled to the point where you thought someone was breaking in. Parking was on site was horrible. No bar in shower and spout was a trickle.
