"The carpet was filthy"

"Everything was good except two things which was my not able to enjoy my full two days. I was told to check in by 4pm Friday to Sunday 11am. So I felt like I just had a rush 1day trip room. Then I drove long way to have tow days out of work relief to end up paying for parking and paying. From today I will never stay in a hotel that has no free parking after paying for the room. I rather like if the price of room is expensive but free parking will make me happy."

"This place was awful. Non-smoking rooms smelling like cigarettes. Pull out bed being worn down and stained. When we arrived after hours we had to wait until the lady in her moo moo came to check us in and then the whole family of hers started being loud and she’s yelling at them too. Then the cops showed up and went to beat a guys door in. This was a horrendous stay. "

"Nice hotel…beautiful lobby and the King Corner room was very nice. You can’t beat the location and the price was fair. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In fact, the staff alone made me upgraded another star because they were all very nice people. This hotel has so many things going for it, but just falls short on the little details. In room service pamphlet and website has different hours. No waters (even to buy) in the rooms. No instructions on how to operate the TV…might sound like I’m IT challenged, but ultimately Netflix is all you can get and there’s no instructions because there’s no when you turn on the TV. The towels were rather small and uncomfortable. The thermostat in the room looks like it was a late 80s design and did a lousy job of keeping the room a stable temperature. While parking was simple.— it took a few minutes to figure out as the signage is just not well marked. I realize that you might read that and think man this guy is picky, but we’ve stayed at other Westin hotels plus others in Buckhead…again, not a bad hotel and I cannot express how pleasant and accommodating the staff was, but it’s just lacking the little details that you expect from a Westin which holds this location back."
