The Location is great right across the street from South Shore shopping center. Unfortunately the room was awful. The room was in need of repair and cleaning that a guest would expect for the price. Kitchen floor had footprints, the range was not together or working and covered in grease and food stuff. I was unable to prepare the food I had brought with me. All furniture was stained or gross. There was a big bug stain on the wall in the bedroom that just topped what could be a great place to stay to a place I would not recommend to anyone. I am not a complainer but feel I had to this time so that others would not make this mistake. BC

Rat droppings and broken furniture, very unfriendly customer service. A maid walked into the room without knocking. The carpet was sticky and stained, just an unpleasant experience all around.

My issues were with the room itself, it smelled a like pee and the bed was not the most comfortable. I would have complained but it was an overnight stay for a concert so we were not in the room long but not sure I would be a guest there again because of this. It was a strong smell and that is not acceptable in a hotel. It should have had a deep cleaning done because it was very noticeable and we as guests shouldn't be placed in a room like that... or made to be uncomfortable and bring this up with management. As far as the rest of the stay it was in a great location but again the issue with the pee smell was crazy and I have never had an experience at any hotel like this in my life. Staff was super nice and helpful. Take it for what it is, a cheep hotel with a good location and if that is the goal its a fine choice. Just smell the room first....

The rooms at Coral Reef Inn & Suites are spacious and very clean. The rooms aren't fancy, but certainly functional. What I liked most about my last stay here is the air conditioner worked very well. I got a great rate and overall, enjoyed my stay.
