Pool was to cold and No pool service daily. Restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday and that not not acceptable. Gym dirty and equipment broken for days. No happy hour at poolside bar like we were told. Sliding door in our room was extremely hard to open. You almost needed a crowbar to open it. I ask the front desk to fix it. No one ever came around. Over will probably will never stay there again or referred to friends to stay at the property. This is not a five star resort are worth the money.

This was an amazing, truly relaxing vacation with top-notch service and unbeatable amenities. Every detail felt thoughtful and seamless. My top highlights include: • Calm, clear water to swim in every day • A stunning mountain-view room where we could watch the world go by while still seeing the ocean on either side of our lanai • Waking up early to watch the sunrise from the 10th-floor stair balcony overlooking the dolphin swim — absolutely unforgettable • The Veranda was my favorite dining spot: beautiful china, steak fritas that melted in my mouth, and a lovely live singer • The room itself was luxurious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained • Beach chair and towel service was perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful • Lunch at the Plumeria Bar was a highlight, especially my favorite coconut drink with just a hint of mint • The location is very close to Waikiki, and taxis were always ready at the drop of a hat • Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, with friendly and welcoming staff throughout our stay Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
