"Basic and good. Very nice people at reception and restaurant. Good food. Clean room. Easy parking. All felt safe around. We were a bit disappointed with only 2 towels, no washcloths. But did not tell the staff, we should have. I would go back again to this hotel."

"The room was clean, breakfast average. However, the room faced the tram and train staition and it was loud therefore till late in the night. The room was soundproof and I did not heard anything from the neighbours' rooms."

"Friendly, welcoming staff. Booked an accessible room as it was the only one available at this time of night. Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately it was noisy due to being near reception, lift and breakfast room."
