"The a/c worked well. The tub was very slow to drain. When I got done with my standard length of time shower, there was over two inches that had accumulated because of the slow drain. "

"The room I booked was not available nor was it habitable. Walking into the room the bed qas not made, towels were outside the door. There was trash on the tv stand and counters, there was an extra toilet just sitting in the room and a plunger in the other toilet. It looked as if someone was sleeping there already. I do not understand how the staff is not aware of room conditions. Even when i was assigned another room there was pee stains on the toilet seat. Also there was no breakfast available in the morning. "
